Jerry grew up in the area and is a true expert in both the real estate world and the neighborhood. Selling your family home can be very stressful and emotional. We made an appointment where he toured the house and provided recommendations for the best possible selling scenario. I knew immediately that he was a true professional and the best possible representative for selling my home. I selected the options that worked best for me, and Jerry took control and made everything happen. Everything from the cleaning crew, the handyman and the stagers were top notch! Jerry made the process straight forward and very easy. He was in constant communication and was always very positive and thoughtful. Jerry Jacques is the best in our book! We recently found a home we wanted to buy in ******* to be near our grandchildren and great grandson. The Seller was stalling and not playing fair at all. We had almost given up when he finally decided to make a deal. That deal had a short timeline or he would pull out. This was a house we had been trying to purchase for a year and we really, really wanted it. The Seller made demand after demand. We have lived in the same home for 45 years and Jerry was always selling in our neighborhood. I made a call to him and he came over the first evening. He answered many questions both about selling our home and about the shenanigans going on with the other home. (I had a different realtor for that purchase.) Long story short, we had 14 days to be in escrow or the deal was off. This is a home we had been in for a long time and had a lot of stuff. We had repairs we wanted to make to get top dollar but no time to do it. In the end we decided to sell "as is". Jerry got the ball rolling day two. We had a buyer before the week was up at almost our asking price. Jerry worked every day with our other realtor to make sure we got that house. This was nothing he was required to do, but he wanted the best for us. He stayed in touch almost daily until both deals were completed. Yesterday we closed escrow on the ******* house almost a year after starting the process. We can finally breathe again and are busy packing.We could not have done any of this without Jerry. He made everything so easy and advised us each step of this journey. Words can not express how grateful we are. If you are buying or selling a home, you can not do better than Jerry Jacques!

I worked with Jerry several years ago. He did an amazing job. At that time I told him that at some point I was going to have to sale my Moms home and I would reach out. I kept my word and when my Mother passed I reached out and used Jerry again. I have 3 siblings and so he just didnt have to deal with me, he got us all in the deal. He worked with all of us and had no problem calling any of us back to answer questions etc. He was able to use his team for all the things that were needed for getting the house ready. We are all out of town so this was quite helpful. I am very grateful to Jerry for his expertise in his field. I knew going in that this was someone I could trust. He knows his stuff!! I would recommend him for anyone trying to sale a home.
