TODAY IS TUESDAY 10 OCTOBER 2023 MY PARCEL STILL HASNT SHIPPED OUT OF YOUR WAREHOUSE DESPITE FULL PAYMENT IF $434 USD you guys are even lying on trust pilot ! why is that you havent replied one of over 30 emails since 6 days but you magically got time to post lies on trust pilot by acting all apologetic !? the ***** ******** confirmed they never picked up the package from your warehouse they only got the shipping label ONLY yet your claiming its in ******* ********* , ridiculous if there were the option of uploading images id post all the emails i sent plus ***** tracking ! you guys no only have not replied a single email you havent responded to any ******** page messages yet your busy posting on your ******** page ! They immediately severed ties and blocked the account of a scam site advertising the contraversial "trans kids are sexy" tee shirt within one day of being made aware of there fraudulent, sexualization of transgender minors.Review from Janea R

I was hired by the scammers to receive packages and ship them out. They even went as far as having me receive boxes and labels from the post office fedex and ups. I am sick because I filled out a W-9 with all of my information.Planet Express Shipping LLC Response

Planet Express Shipping LLC have not, and will not hire anyone to receive packages and ship them, any of these advertisement are someone else pretending to be us. Please share us more information about the scammer do we can conduct an investigation with the authority.

Fraudulent company- obviously in cahoots with criminals. I had a watch shipped there with a phony PayPal account. Awful to think people will go to such lengths because they can't make a living any other way.Planet Express Shipping LLC Response

Planet Express Shipping LLC is accepting scams from eBay and ***** *****, the CEO is allowing it.
My 15 yr old son was swindeled through selling his computer on eBay through an elaborate fraud by a scammer named Rachael Austin (probably not a real name) that owns a Mail Box # H0517 at Planet Express Shipping LLC located at XXXXX S Figueroa St, Gardena CA XXXXX.
Mail Box companies that do not vet their owners and allow anything to come through their mail are enabling US Mail fraud US Mail fraud and therefore are just as guilty as the criminal...if they are even different entities. Where is one crime being allowed, you can bet there are more.

I needed an item shipped from target in the US to me in ontario canada. Since they dont ship to canada i used planet express.
Once the item arrived there i had to choose shipping option to get it to me. From california to ontario. Minimum fee was $30!!! It is only a small $40 item!!!!
I have no choice but to pay it so i do.
Supposed to be priority and fully trackable.
The tracking link takes me to wrong shippin companies site. Customer service gives me correct link.
They shipped it on march 8th. It has been "en route to next facility since the 12th. Is is now the 21st!
Rediculous cost and time to ship from US to canada.
Customer service doesnt get back to you and when they do they are cold and unappologetic.Planet Express Shipping LLC Response
