I placed order ***** that included three shirts. I wore one of them for an hour or so, decided this wasn't for me, and returned all three. They only refunded me for the two shirts with the 100% unopened packaging. They claim the shirt that I wore was washed. It was not. They refuse to give me my money back. What a great scam way to get people's money.Business response

We received the return and one of the shirts looked like it was worn or washed. There were signs of it which we presented to the customer with a picture through our email, comparing with a new t-shirt. The neck was stretched, shirt had some stains and overall didn't look new.
This shirt is no longer resellable and according to our return policy we couldn't accept it. Which we communicated to the customer.

There are no stains, the neck is not stretched, the shirt was not washed, and the company is lying.
But it looks like they provided a refund so I consider the matter closed.
