i ordered a dtf printer and it hasnt worked from the very beginning.almost a year ago.after many months of them not being able to fix it,they are of no assistance.Initial Complaint

In August of 2021 I purchased a DTF Printer and supplies from Mclaud Technology. They delivered it over a month later to my home. It worked for a month and I started having issues. I reached out to the customer service, there reply was that a technician would be contacting me. I never heard back from them. We were able to fix the problem that time. It worked a month and broke down again. With no help from Mclaud we were again able to fix the printer. March 2022 it broke down again and this time after attaining *********** personal number, I was able to get help. He sent a team out in April to pick up my printer and take it to*********** service center. On June 1st, customer service text me to let me know that my repaired printer would be delivered that next week. It is now July 1st and I have over a dozen times since the 2nd week of June tried reaching out to Jon as well as customer service and the repair center in **********. They have not answered or returned my calls or messaged me back about my missing printer.Initial Complaint

I bought a printer from them at the end of December, had problems with it since then. The first week of January it took us half a night to get it working only for it to stop working properly a week later. I have wasted numerous bottles of ink while fixing the printer the exact way there tech department says to. Now it's hardly printing the color ink at all and it randomly turns off. I have called tech support multiple times for them to just hang up on me or to tell me I don't have it plugged in. The head technician said he would waive their service fee and send a tech the first week of May. No one should up, the head tech guy refuses to answer my calls and help with the problem. Customer service is extremely rude when I call and will not relay my messages to the appropriate people.their customer service department has gotten rude and yelled, hung up on me and called me a liar.Initial Complaint

Purchased a printer from them in February 2022. They came and set it up (couldn't show me that it worked as not all the parts was here) they then leave and it gives me issues. I contact them via messenger on facebook (thats where they want you to contact them) and they signed into my computer and had it set going good. Then i had to contact them on and off each day for issues everyday! I then was in the middle of a large order and it went down. Middle print it went from printing black to printing brown then wouldn't print. I contacted them yet again and they gave me the run around as always and finally sent someone to me a week later. The man comes and is in a rush the whole time. He wouldn't give me a chance to speak. He checked the printer before leaving with it and assured it was messed up. The first one he brought up to me wouldn't work. Then the second one he brought in he was in a hurry and told me he had it set and it would work. I came to work on monday last week to print and nothing. It wont print. I can't get anything out of it. Called the main guy and was told i would know a resolution next day. Still nothing. I have all my messages/text and calls. They told me to fix my own problem today when i asked for a update! I cant be paying a printer payment and not have a working device! Attached is the "technican text from them" they are a so called business and speak to people like this. Obviously I'm not the only one with issues with them.
