I placed an online order using the link on the restaurant's website and was provided with an email confirmation and pick-up time. My credit card was also charged for the order. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that they no longer accept online orders and that I would have to pay again and re-order onsite, which I did. I requested a refund for the online order which was not fulfilled, however the restaurant refused to give me a refund! Instead, I was instructed to leave my phone # and told that I would get a call back 'tomorrow' for a refund. I never received a call, and have tried to call several times since then but the phone # on their website goes to a voice mail that is full. Moreover, my takeout replacement order which I paid for was made hastily and the food that was made was far from the menu description. I would like a refund for the online order which they confirmed but failed to refund, and a refund for the terrible food they served which was not made as described on the menu (see photos). Finally, the pricing on their website is incorrect and they are charging more at the restaurant. I have already reported to my credit card company, too. I turned to Yelp for a review, and noticed that other customers have also been charged for online orders which were not fulfilled.They also were not given the refund and noticed the pricing is falsely advertised online at lower prices. This business has a link prominently displaced on their website home page which is taking consumer monies yet not fulfilling those orders despite charging the credit cards and providing email confirmations. They are also not providing refunds. They are committing fraud and stealing money. I would like to be refunded for the unfulfilled online order & the terrible food that was packaged up in my takeout order.Initial Complaint

DATE OF TRANSACTION :09/04/2022 @9:03pm name on cashier on receipt******. receipt: **** THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID THE BUSINESS: $16.60 WHAT THE BUSINESS COMMITTED TO PROVIDE: I order a TO GO ******************** and the cashier advised me it will be 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes passed, I decided to check if my food was ready as other who came after i did had gotten their food and those customer were dining in. I approved a young lady with black hair and glasses and asked for the status of my order. She turned around and started looking for my ticket which they had put behind another ticket all away in the back. She turned around and told me to wait another 15 minutes. As I stood there listening she told the cooks to work on my burrito next as they had forgotten about my order. I asked to speak with a manager and she called the same lady who took my order ( ********************). The************ lady told me to wait for my order and i asked for a refund as they had not even started on my food, she told me with we dont issue refund on any orders. I told her why wouldnt she refund my order since, 1) they forget about my order 2) i been waiting for over 30 minutes 3) they have not even started to make my burrito, she looked at me that she wouldnt issue a refund and if i didnt like i can talk to her manager ****** the next day. I feel they should refund my money as they never provided with the food they only charged me and forgot about my order. When trying to resolved the problem, she told me to step aside as they had customer and ignored me. I pretty much got charged for food that i never got.
