I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother **************************. My mother paid this business $700.00 to have a facial procedure done. Before she could schedule an appointment with the business, my mother consulted with her primary care physician who advised her against any elective medical procedures because of her ongoing health issues. My mother made several phone calls to this business based on the information that was given to her on a business card. After weeks of no answer or response, my mother had me get involved. I emailed the business on April 25, 2023 and received no response. I made attempts to research their company online and their contact information is not up to date. I was finally able to make contact with this company via social media - Instagram - direct messaging. I received a response from the 3 days after sending my original message to them. I explained to them that I was seeking reimbursement for my mother due to medical conditions preventing her to have it done and they have been stalling and repetitively uncooperative. My last message with them was on July 12, 2023 when they asked for medical documentation supporting my mother's health condition. I then subsequently forwarded them a copy of the letter from my mother's doctor and was told that my mother would be called and to date has not received a phone call. I have sent a follow up message and still no response back and Instagram direct messaging is the only way that they respond to messages.Initial Complaint

I purchased a ******* for this business last year and was unable to schedule it because no one answers the phone or text only line. I resolved with *******. I got a call back from a doctor stating he was in the ************* again and I could schedule an appointment. I decided to give them another try. Again, no one answers the phone and the person texting isn't a fluent speaker (so they refuse to talk). I finally got scheduled for 8/6/22. I got a call back that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to the employee I had an appointment ******************************* I agreed to take any appointment which was 8/13/22 at 11:30a. I never received any further communication but showed up by 11:15a. No one was there. No one answered the phone or text messages until 12:15p. I was texted to come back at 3p (no explanation other than an emergency). I expressed my frustration and asked they "please be on time." At 2:55p I was told the nurse/employee would be there by 3:35p. I texted that I was ALREADY there. I received one more text stating my message would be relayed. It was 97 degrees and TWO OTHER WOMEN were outside the door waiting. No one ever arrived, no one texted back, no one answered the door. I'm left taking it up with ******* AGAIN. The fact that I was ghosted twice in one day and blown off to wait in triple digit heat is outrageous.
