      On Wednesday October 23 2024 at or about 8pm I attempted to dine in at this particular IHOP while waiting on my food, I observed Two mice running towards my direction. I screamed and I canceled my order and left. This has traumatized me. It is unsanitary and the health department should give this business a visit. I am unsure what further actions I can take from being Traumatized from this:

      I come to this Applebees every so often because its near my home so its convenient. I've never had someone try to steal my money at this restaurant until Thursday night. Our bill came to $70.47, I left a $10 tip for the waitress on my card which would bring the total amount to $80.47 yet I woke up the Friday morning and see that my cash app card was charged for $100.47! I immediately went to the restaurant Friday to address this clear fraud. The manager that was on duty during lunch Friday was not working Thursday night but she was very helpful and able to bring me a copy of the Merchant copy of the receipt from Thursday night. I kept both of my receipts from that night, both the check I was given and the guest copy receipt that we are given once its time to sign after your card has been charged! The time that my check was printed out says 9:46PM. The time that the guest copy receipt says my payment was approved says 9:57PM. My transaction on my cash app also says my card was charged at 9:57PM. Yet the merchant copy receipt they have says 10:44PM. I know without question that I signed the receipt and left a $10 tip. My friend that was with me confirmed to me that I signed the receipt and left a $10 tip. Yet the merchant copy they showed me has a different time on it than ********* just has a *********** written on it thats not even in my handwriting nor my friends handwriting & has no signature on it. I was able to speak with the ** *** about this when he got to work Friday afternoon. After some hesitation he did give me back the $20 difference in the tip in cash. However, I do not appreciate the insult to my intelligence. He blew off the clear time difference on the merchant ***************************** copy. Then he sat and lied to my face & told me that he checked the cameras and saw that I was sleep and my friend signed the receipt for me yet I checked the exact area where we sat after I spoke with him and there are CLEARLY no cameras anywhere facing the booth we sat at.

      We were passing through ******** and had been driving all day. It was later in the evening when we arrived, so we decided to have IHOP for dinner. The first IHOP we went to, an older gentleman stopped us in the parking lot and informed us that we needed to be ready to wait if we went there, and explained how long he had to wait for a salad. Heading his advice we sought another IHOP, which is how we ended up at this one. When we arrived at this location, there was one other table that had patrons, the rest of the restaurant was empty. We found this to be odd, that no one was there; however, we soon realized why. The waitress was young and apparently new. We had to wait for longer than normal at every part of the process. When we ordered, she stumbled through every aspect of the process, seemingly unaware of what was on the menu. When she delivered our orders, out of the 5 people, 4 of the orders were wrong in one aspect or the other. Some of these mistakes were so far off of what we ordered that we had to start all over. Also, to try and expedite the process we accepted some of the wrong orders, which led to us being overcharged and charged for things we did not want. Since the restaurant was basically empty we could hear the conversation between the waitress and the manager, which the manager said, we are not going to give it to them. Ultimately, when we received the bill, we questioned one of the charges, the manager agreed to remove a charge. However, when he returned the bill, it was not removed. We paid the extra charge to get away from this horrific experience. I suspect the next time we pass through ********, we will see this location closed with a for lease sign on it. If this is how you treat customers and even the locals know it, it is only a matter of time before this catches up with you. It is a shame, because IHOP once was a respected establishment. However, you have turned into an exercise in frustration.

      On Sept 4th I ordered 2 chicken, broccoli, mashed potatoe meals with tacos in ******** Va off *******************. The meals were HORRIBLE, disgusting and that's what I usually order whenever I dine with AB. I contacted AB on Sep 5, received a response on Sep 6. I followed up Sep 8, 18 and ****************************************** option. I was only there for a few days with my brother for ** visits about his chemo. I have not received a response back. I just want a full refund. The tacos were fine. I want my money back for the meals.I ordered in the evening because we just got there. I do not have the order # or receipt any longer. My recent orders is not showing up in the app as I purchased this order online through the app.Unsure of the exact cost but it was in the low $40s.

      In Summer 2024, I subscribed to the IHOP newsletter/internet updates. When they send emails, they have an "UNSUBSCRIBE" button. I have attempted to unsubscribe multiple times, on multiple computers, from multiple ************ always returns the message that I attached: "An error occurred updating the data extension."Either there is an error that they need to fix, or they have intentionally made it so you cannot effectively unsubscribe.I want them to "FINISH THE **** of unsubscribing me from their email list.

      I have visited ihop 2x in the last month. The first time I got violently ill I chalked it up to me having/getting a 24 hour bug. I recently ate there this weekend and again, as soon as I ate, I become violently ill. I look up and see mold growing from the air vents. If this is how this is for customers whats behind the scenes. This is not right. I want my money back. I spent over $50 there between the 2 times and it was not a good experience. Its dirty, everywhere!!! Mold, bugs, dust. So gross!!!!

      9/11/2024 at approximately 10:15 I arrived at IHOP in *********. I waited patiently for a ******. When the ****** came I requested coffee, water and butter for my breakfast.The ****** returns with coffee only! I requested the water again as I ordered my breakfast again and repeated the request for water and butter and food be hot.I patiently waited for water, the ****** never returned with the water. I then asked another ****** if he could bring me some water. This other ****** obliged! The first ****** returned with my blueberry pancakes and egg, hash brown meal; no water, and no butter. I began to eat from the ********** brown plate as I waited on him to return with the butter. I observed this ****** enter the kitchen multiple times to get supplies for other customers but he never brought me the butter. Then I decided to ask for managers who was asking the table behind me Hows your meal? I tried to get the mgrs attention and was ignored! I needed butter. I then spoke loudly from my table requesting the butter. The initial ****** came by my table and began hollering, screaming with hostile words being directed at me! He then tells me to get out . The Latino/Hispanic mgr. was right there! She didnt do anything!A female waitress came and took my food and told me they would recook fresh food! I was very hungry I had taken medicine and needed to eat! Plus its 911, the horrible history attached to this date! Well, I never got fed! I never received the fresh food and wasnt given any names to document this horrible experience! I took pictures!I wasted an hour sitting in IHOP with the results being extremely disappointing and offensive!I make a great hourly salary and want to be compensated for IHOP wasting my time and being insulted by the staff!

      On June 3 2024 my card was used without my permission to pay for employee tips that I did not approve. I called the company Applebee's and spoke with the store manager ***** who after hearing my complaint that my card had been swiped by the waitress Jasmine to add additional tips without my permission called me a liar and hung up the phone in my face. I decided to visit the store in person so that he could not hang up on this situation. After arriving at the restaurant I spoke with the store manager *****. I informed him that I did not give any of his staff permission to swipe my card for any additional tips and that I would be making a ****** review on the fraudulent charge allowed by Applebee's if he did not rectify the charges. I showed him a copy of my receipt and his staff also found a copy of the receipt that shows the correct amount without the additional tip that the waitress added. At this point the store manager ***** said that since I made a ****** review he would leave the fraud without rectifying it. He then turned his back and walked away from me. I am now reaching out to others who can assist with this company getting away with fraud. I also have documented a police report with the state of Wisconsin because ***** at Applebee's and his staff are committing fraud through charging customer cards for additional amounts without consent.

      The service was extremely poor. The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning , there was multiple instances of neglect to clean. Dirty booths, old and possibly moldy food on the walkways and floors. Dishes poorly maintained, food was severely underwhelming, undercooked eggs, coffee was not properly made. Steak overcooked. No service within the establishment, my table got no refills and no one checked on the table except for giving us the bill.
