I took my glass water bottles in to be filled as I do every week.. As the employee ******* (i believe) was taking the bottles out to my car, one bottle 2.5 glass bottle broke, it made a small cut on his hand. He went inside the store leaving there for a few minutes, I loaded my small bottles into my car, then another guy came out dumped the water from my broken glass bottle. I asked if they had another similar bottle to replace my broken one with, and he replied they had a 3 gallon bottle I could buy for $44.00. I stated you guys broke my bottle (purchased from Alive Water 2.5 glass bottle also $44+tax), he said you did not buy the bottle from us and besides we can not be replacing bottles that get broken, otherwise people would expect us to replace them. I asked for the owner *****'s number, and he refused to give it to me saying he would not give out personal information, but wanted mine and would have him get in touch with me. I did not feel comfortable or trust this guy leaving my card with my personal info. He was super disrespectful, antagonistic and no personal responsibility for breaking my bottle! He did not offer refund for the water either. Let me leave totally upset saying he lost a customer. I told him he was clueless about customer ************************* I called the store today, but it is not a working phone number.
