We engaged this company to provide guitar lessons for our teenaged son, ****** . The last lesson provided was sometime in January of 2022. The instructor, ******, was frequently absent and a lot of lessons were never made up/compensated for. He himself was let go from the company one month ago. We were never told this, or a lot of information. I called the ******** store ****, where the lessons had been given until COVID, when they were given by ZOOM in our home. They are saying they have no policy for financial refunds for lessons. I refuse to accept this; as unprofessional and unethical. They say they are trying to pick up the pieces after the last "Lessons Manager" dropped the ball and screwed over us and many other clients, apparently. I am seeking a financial refund for my husband, ******* ******, as he has been paying for these lessons.
