September 29, 2023 I ordered a Pool Dome cover Order #*******. I received one email stating the order was placed and never heard from them again. I tried emailing twice and calling twice and was told the number is not the one belonging to their website. I believe they are a scam and need to be closed down. I order a hat on November 21st. I received an email from them that they didnt have the item. I proceeded to ask them if when they will have it back in stock. They said within 7 to 10 days. More than 10 days have passed and ** trying to communicate with them again requesting a refund since they have not been able to ship my item but now that Im asking for a refund theyre not responding to me. I have pictures of my emails with them and I will enclose a picture of my order. I simply want my money back which is for $19.04.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on November 22 for a toddler sized slide. The total was $83.72 with shipping included. I received a confirmation email when the order was placed but have received no further communication from the company. I have attempted to contact them twice via email as well as by phone. They have not replied to my emails, and the phone number does not appear to be a working number. The slide was intended to be a Christmas present for my son from his grandparents. We would at least like either a refund or the person to be shipped right away.Initial Complaint

Bought a gaming chair off there site they charged my card never received product emailed several times no response called number it rings once then nothing. I think this company takes people's money and never gives them the product. They are scaming with no intentions of every sending your purchase.
