My father went to YubaDocs in ************ (I don't know the reason) on 1/19/2022. My father passed away on 4/15/2022 and in trying to take care of all of his bills I sent YubaDocs a check for $181.88 (check #**** on 6/8/2022) for a bill I found. A couple of weeks later going through one of my father's check registers I found that he had already mailed YubaDocs the payment. I honestly don't know the date I made the first phone call, but it was in June and there were multiple calls. I was finally referred to a company called Experity that did their billing. I just keep getting the run around, yes we will cut you a check, it could take up to 45 days. Well it has been more like 65 days and the last email I sent them they replied they no longer handled the clinics billing and to call a number they provided. I have been calling the number and the line drops. I'm not even sure if they are in business any longer.Business response

We pulled up her fathers account and saw that her check had not even been posted as received by the billing company. She sent in a check to pay the bill and gave the date and the check number.. Apparently, she discovered that her father had already paid the bill. She stated she tried to contact the billing company listed to get a refund and got the runaround from them and no resolution. Since she gave the number and the date of her payment and because we have had other patient complaints about this billing company, we have left them and contracted with another. I am sorry that she did not ****** our company where she could have gotten our phone number and had the issue resolved quickly. Today, the date we received your letter we called her phone and left a message and sent via the US mail a refund check.
