My 90 year old father had an annual service contract with American AC Heating Plumbing. The tech told him he needed a new furnace and gave him a bid of $19,429 for the "Deluxe Comfort System" and no other work included in the bid (i.e. repacement of duct work etc). When my Dad told me the tech collected his cc # for a $1,000 deposit to start the work in a weeks time (I assume to wait out the 5 day cancellation period) I was beyond disapointed that a company of this size would, or any size for that matter, would charge 2 1/2 times as much as the job should cost. To make sure, I obtained 2 other bids and they came in at $5,900 and $7,900 (which included the possiblity of new ducts were needed). I just can believe what these guys tried to get away with. Nothing I hate more than people taking advantate of a 90 year old man who didn't know any better. SHAME ON YOU AMERICAN AC HEATING PLUMBING!Review from JC W

I just met with ***** ******* who gave me a quote for a tankless water heater installation. He is very professional and courteous and really tried to get me the most affordable option he could offer. Only issue is that to receive the available discount you have to sign paperwork that moment, they dont even give you overnight to think it over. I feel like when you are making a costly decision, they should at least give you overnight to think it over.Review from Carole Y

I had an appointment with American AC Heat Plumbing for my heating annual tune up. ********** ****** was the technician who worked on my system. He is very knowledgeable. He's also very friendly and very professional. I am very satisfied with the service provided by American AC Heat Plumbing. Also, I'd like to mention that because I'm a club member, I don't have to pay anything for the service.Review from Raquel F
