              I'm in love with my new closet! ***** my installer did a fantastic job. He had to come back because something was done incorrect in the warehouse, but he was on time, polite and I would say a perfectionist! Very pleased. Highly recommend!

              We contacted closets by design for ********** . It came out totally awesome. ***************************** was so technically skillful, knowledgeable and patient. She mesured the dimensions and came up with precise and concise solutions The installation was also efficient. Everything from A to Z was handled with perfection and would highly recommend closets by design

              I used Closets by Design for a Closet remodel 1-1/2 years ago. Was very happy with the price and the installation. Bringing them back to do a garage remodel. The salesperson showed up right on time, gave us a good price and lead time. Told her we still needed some time to decide if now was the time to go forward with the project. She did NOT pressure us in any way. I really respect that. And then 2 days later we decided to go ahead with it. This installation hasn't yet happened, but everything up to that point has been very professional and timely. See no reason that I won't be very happy this 2nd time around. Well done Closets by Design!**********

              I haven't made a decision yet about whether to proceed with installation, but I will say that the salesperson who gave me the in-home estimate was thorough, pleasant, not pushy, and was thoroughly professional.

              The installer was great and he went above and beyond finishing and cleaning up the job, I highly recommend the installer. 5-star rating for him.The factory fell short as the first time they came over, the drawers were cut too big and they claimed the sales person measured them wrong. This time the drawers fit but the dividers were not the right size and seems I have to wait till they show ** in the mail!! 3-star rating (at best) for the factory.
