On 7/12 I entered into a wax subscription at the wax center located at *************************************. Between 9/3 and 9/3 I contacted European wax center to cancel my subscription because I did not like the service. They refused to provide proof my subscription has been canceled. On 9/12 they billed by credit card for the amount of 164.59.00 On 9/23/24 at 11:54 am I called the center and was advised by **** that the manager ***** has not canceled this subscription and there is nothing they can do.Initial Complaint

I am requesting a full refund of my membership due to the unethical business practice being done at this location at ******************************************************************************* **************. I have had numerous customer service complaints on this location with the Manager ********* and me and my daughter have suffered from distrustful customer service experiences at this location on 6/20/2022. She called the police against us accusing us for trespassing while we were invited by appointment. The police advice us to go thru corporate but European Wax center is a franchise business so it needs to be resolved in house. I am requesting a full refund of our both membership which would add to over $500.00 dollars. After my refund has been processed, I do want an apology from this business based on the way I was treated by this "manager" named *********. The total amount of my passes can be added up on the European Wax Center data log. She restricted our visit to this location and more recently she charged my daughter pass $48. My family and I do not feel confortable and secure to do any business at any of the European wax center anymore.
