i sent the company a piece of my fire arm for customization. they gave a 4-6 week timeline. it has not been over 14 weeks, still have not received my part. only receive false deadlinesInitial Complaint

I reached out to Dynamic Weapon Solutions back in January, 2nd, 2024 about buying a precut slide for my glock 34 gen 5. After a few emails back and forth a purchase was made for $505.00. On the website they said it would be up to 8 to 10 weeks. After 11 weeks I called for an update, they said another 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called again then again they said need 4 more weeks. This went on til April, then they had the slide. I would call and the would say it's going to get coated, call 2 weeks later the same responds. That went on to end of May, then I started to get upset. All that need to be done was to be assembled. Then in July the owner ***** promised that it would be done by the end of the week, and if it wasn't he would refund ***** is now October and I have been calling,emailing him, back and forth about my refund. I get put on hold for 30 minutes, hung up on and now they don't answer their phone, or emails.Initial Complaint

Back in April (3rd or 4th) I ordered a slide cut on my CZ SP-01 and a red dot. After I shipped the parts to them, I received notification they had my items - no further status / written updates have occurred. We did communicate by phone where I was told they want happy customers, I asked them to change my red dot to another system (EPS) and they said it'd go out next week. That was in Jul 24 - I've not heard from them since that time. My written requests for updates go unanswered. Five months and very little communication is unacceptable, finish the work and ship it NOW or just send me my items and we'll call the whole thing off.Initial Complaint

I mailed the company a slide to a glock 19 to get cut for an optic. They received the slide on January 3rd and said it would be done in 4-6 weeks. It has now been 7 months and I have not received anything and am only getting excuses.Initial Complaint

This company should be investigated by BBB as well as ATF. the owners ( mother and son) do defrauding customers to receive their firearm or important part of the handguns and keep them forever and never respond to repetitive request to get the parts back. I placed the order with DWS on February 25th, 2024 with a lead time of 4-6 weeks for slide cut and mount of an optic on my slide. I have not receive my slide and optics for 5 month now. I have been told at least 5 times by their chat line that they have mailed the part and even gave me a fake **** tracking number which never worked. this business is built on lie and owners assumption that nobody will or can do anything in ********** since punishment is not enforced. I will file complaint with Huntington Beach police as well as ATF and finally will bring a law suit against this business. I am afraid these type of criminal act as theft by deception will put the honest gun owner in serious situation if his or her gun passed to the wrong hands.Initial Complaint

On 6/10/24 I spoke with ***** owner of DWS. We agreed on a optic cut optic cut cerokote only a Holosun carry optic AND $100 Expedited fee to fast track the return of the newly mounted optic within 2 weeks. *** received my slide on 6/17/24 so the return of my property with work done is due 6/28/24. They promised updates of which I have received one on 6/18/24 that the slide was dismantled. When I asked for an update they emailed me a snarky email that they will update me as best as they can. As of right now on 6/26/24 no updates on work done. 2 days to send me my property back which clearly is not happening. I have put a dispute in with **** for the $100 expedited fee.Initial Complaint

Hi I purchased this item Holosun HE507C-X2 Optical Sight 1 Green *** on 4th June 2024 At a cost of ****** USD At no time did the website say it was out of stock there was a lack of communication On the 16th June *********************************************************************************************** that week and would ship I asked for a refund or a tracking number by the 24th June 2024 and have received neither I believe that I am just getting the run around I have got all emails between the company and myself Regards *******Initial Complaint

On December 18th, 2023, I placed an order with Dynamic Weapon Solutions for a custom Glock 17 gen. 4 slide in the amount of $450.00 and was given a turnaround time of 10 weeks. I received no communication from them. 12 weeks later, I called and was told they were having trouble getting a gen. 4 slide and gave me the option of a gen. 3 slide. This would be a downgrade and not acceptable. I then said I would wait further until they could get a gen. 4 slide. 3 weeks later I called again and asked for a refund. I was told that they would check on it and get back to me and never did. I sent an email requesting a refund and the only response I got was who said you would be getting a refund. As of right now I still have not received a refund and its been over 22 weeks when I was originally told it would take 10 weeks. Respectfully,*******************Initial Complaint

I placed an order on February 15th with a lead time for work of 4-6 weeks and it has now been 15 weeks. I have sent dozens of email and calls to almost no avail. I have been told 3 times that its been in the mail and when I follow up for tracking they make up some excuse and say Ill drop it in the mail tomorrow again, no tracking. This business does nothing but lie and if you look at their ****** reviews it all makes sense. I made a huge mistake buying this service but all I want is the finished product thats done well. Very unethical and immoral practice.Initial Complaint

This company has the worst possible customer service out there. I ordered a slide cut and received it back in a timely manner, but immediately upon ordering I called and changed the cerakote option. They also provided no next steps so I had to call multiple times for how to send in my slide. When I got the slide back, I was also billed for cerakote that was done incorrectly (they didnt do what I called to request), and the cut was horrible. Not centered at all. After weeks of trying to get ahold of someone I was finally connected and was told theyd send a mailing label. Another few weeks goes by and nothing so I tried for days to get in touch. Finally it was sent. It has since been 3 months without an update. No answers to calls or emails. They are on Instagram every 5 minutes and sometimes reply there, but never with any concrete or actual specific info. Even something simple like providing an order update goes unanswered after they say they will get back to you. I still dont have my corrected slide back and its been 6 months. No answers, no help, and no idea what is going on. Absolutely horrible company to do business with. Dont fall for the fancy social media posts.
