Absolute joke. Dropped off a slide to have work done on April 16th and was told 8 to 10 week lead time. We are now going past the 6-month **** with empty promises every time I talk to ***** who is the manager or owner of the business. Keeps telling me it should be ready next week and the weeks just keep on slipping by. I was also told that I would be getting updates on my slide via text or email which never happened. I would never do business with this person again ****** learned I'll send my stuff to ******* Tactical where it actually is a 8 to 10 week lead time. I wish I could just get my slide back and get my money back from this place. What an absolute joke of a company.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD THIS BUSINESS DESERVES TO BE DEALT WITH FOR THERE POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND FOR LYING TO ALL THERE CUSTOMERS I ASK ANYONE TO PLEASE READ THE **** REVIEWS BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING 42 WEEKS FOR SLIDE WORK THAT WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO TAKE 8-12 WEEKS IT IS NOW ALMOST A UEAR LATER AND THEY KEEP IGNORING MY CALLS EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES!!! SO PLEASE BE AWARE

These guys are trash. Their Instagram page is a faad. They send slides and gear to popular gun guys on ***************** to make it seem like theyre so amazing. Unless you go to their direct shop, you will have a terrible experience. It took months for my issue to be resolved. **************** is absolutely horrendous. No communication whatsoever. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ive been waiting 6 months now for a slide with zero updates after reaching out multiple times. They will reply and ask for the order # which I clearly state in the title of my email. I reply with the order number once again and then they quit replying. Theyve done this several times and have given zero actual updates about the slide. I reach out in email once every 1-2 weeks and no luck with any sort of response. Stay away from this company.

I had entrusted this company to do some work on my CZ slide with optic cut. I sent my slide and was provided an email with detailing parts received on June 6, *****. The owner of the company had promised me work would be completed within three weeks. He had given me unreasonable, work completion expectations. I called a couple of times which he was very rude telling me that I was on his time I sent an email stating that I wanted a refund in my original slide sent back to me. I asked that they only charge me for the work that was completed. I didnt get any response just a bunch of empty promises is 15 August I received a **** tracking number stating label was created but was not picked up by the *************** This is the same type of complaints that people have been stating in the past I should have done my research better I wouldve never of entrusted my , my weapon slide with this company stay away that **************** taken peoples money upfront has nothing on the website about if you need to refund stating that you were only receive store credit. They say the lead time would be later because of the global supply issues and unable to source Optics from ******* excuses are totally bogus. I will be following up a complaint with the ****

I'm going to keep it short and simple, even though my process was nothing like that.This guy has basically just been robbing people of their hard earned money. This place needs to shut down.I talked to the owner about trading in my slide which was a DWS for a different model, he agreed upon my paying my differences which I did. 6 months later I have no slide whatsoever not my old slide or new one or my money. I should add he also has kept my brand new ameriglo night sights I bought.Do yourself a favor and steer far from this place.

Keep getting the run around as others have. Theyve had my slide since March. Past the lead times presented, said my slide was finished and shipped. No tracking number, they really think Im dumb to not think that pre-shipping labels are created before actually getting dropped off with a carrier? As of 6/11 I still dont have anything to reference to what I paid for.

Dont ever order anything from this company. Theyll lie to you about emailing you updates, lead times, etc. but they didnt actually send anything. Upon contacting them, assuming they answer the phone, you will get rude and terrible customer support. When you tell them youll contact BBB and your bank, the attitude changes. Bottom line, there are much better companies with better products you can order from. Dont waste your time, effort or money with this company.

I am giving one star because I don't see lower option. Use this company if you don't want to see your slide for 6 months, don't want to hear any update meanwhile, and also you get something you did not pay for (such as wrongly cut slide).
