I hope this message finds you well. I am writing in response to the complaint our business received by mail. We take all feedback very seriously and want to ensure that every issue is addressed promptly and appropriately.
However, I would like to request additional information regarding this complaint, as it pertains to a delivery issue. Our business does not handle deliveries directly; instead, we utilize DoorDash as our third-party delivery service. In order to resolve this matter effectively and assist the customer, could you kindly provide more details about the nature of the complaint, such as the order details or any relevant information that may help us investigate this issue further?
We are committed to resolving this promptly and ensuring the customer is satisfied. Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance on the necessary steps we need to take to address this complaint and maintain a positive standing with the Better Business Bureau.
