O have been writing and calling this company for 3 months . They had a special you buy one pizza and get an emergency pizza at a later date. When I went to order and then pick up. They charged me instead of their advertisement the manger said many people have been calling and complaining. He said to reach out to corporate. So I did I have 30 email with a confirmation number and no k e responded . I call corporate they said they would call back . But nothing . Now you can try and call and cant get a real person. They ripped me off . And I need someone to reach out to themBusiness response

General Manager contacted the customer to confirm what occurred when their free emergency pizza was no registering as a free pizza.
The order was made on Super Bowl Sunday, a historically busy day for fast food chains.
Under duress the manager in charge reverted the customer to a corporate number to offer support for obtaining the emergency pizza.
Almost four months later a letter arrives stating a disputed amount of twenty-five dollars in regards to the pizza that was purchased on Super Bowl Sunday.
Upon receiving the letter, the General Manager called the customer and apologized for the almost four months spent trying to redeem an online corporate redemption item.
The General Manager offered twenty-five dollars worth of credit for the customer and the customer was pleased with that compensation.
No further action is needed.
