      I ordered a birthstone ring for myself Apr 2023. Received the ring, it was beautiful and fit perfectly. In Feb 2024 it stated to turn my finger green and I reached out and rec'd a standard response that they were busier than normal and expect a delay. I reached out again in Mar 2024 with no response. I reached out again this month and rec'd the same standard response that they are busier than normal. When I responded that I had not rec'd a resolution to my problem and had waited 6 months, I rec'd a response that told me that my order is no longer in their system (since it's been longer than a year) and I could get a 15% discount. Why would I want to order another ring to only have it turn my finger green again. And, their lack of response to my email is not my fault that I'm now beyond a year. I'm so disappointed especially because I really loved the ring.

      I ordered this ring set in silver initially in mid-March for $38.98. The first ring order, which is the first silver ring pictured was received at the end of May. It looks nothing like the picture they advertise which is the third picture listed in gold. The fonts are entirely different as well as all of the bands. I contacted customer service and they said they could either make a new set of refund my 30% of the purchase price. I opted for a new set to be made. This was a gift for my sister. The second order was placed at the end of May. My sister received her new ring which is the second silver ring set pictured with 2 hammered bands in it on July 29th. The second set once again looks nothing like the picture they advertised. The fonts are different as well as all of the bands. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they falsely advertise their products and will not offer a full refund. Both orders I placed; I was expecting the exact picture of the stacked rings shown as one would expect just in silver. They offer 3 band color options for this ring set. Also, shipping time was a joke. At this point, I would like a full refund.

      This order was placed on May 12, 2024. I never got a confirmation and I tried to contact them several times. My order finally arrived June 29th and when I opened the box , I was hoping it wasa joke. I ordered stacking rings, gold and silver plated. The "gold" ones were yellow coated plastic. They were bent and had bubbles in them from what loomed like paint. I don't even think they were metal. They were supposed to be engraved with my kids names and there was no engraving. The rings looked nothing like the website advertised.The first 3 photos were what I received and the 4th is what they should have looked like.

      I had ordered a Mothers Day present for myself of a stacking ring set that had four rings in total. Two rings were silver and engraved with my childrens names. The other two were thinner and gold with a small gem for their birthstones. I also ordered a silver necklace with both childrens names on it. The rings I received were of such poor quality one would have thought they came out of a candy machine. The rings weighed next to nothing; telling me they were not made from silver. The names engraved on them were so tiny, a magnifying glass would be needed to clearly see them. The set was of very poor quality and craftsmanship. The necklace was of average quality, but I assume not silver as expected based on the rings. The total charged to my credit card was $66.98. When I reached out to the company to complain about the quality of my products, I received poor English grammar telling me that the jewelry could not be returned because it was personalized. I asked for a full refund for my purchase because I did not receive products like those they have pictured on their website. I was initially offered a $6 refund. When I would not accept that, I was offered a $10 refund. This company is not legitimate. They display beautiful looking products on their website, but ship out products that look nothing like these and are very cheaply made. I have attempted to resolve this with the company, but they are refusing.

      My Name is *********************, I purchased 2 rings from Wennie Jewelry on November 15th 2023 I have emailed them. They reassured me my order was shipped. I have yet to receive my items. I want my money back

      Purchased product 09/23/2023 from Wennie Jewelry never hear a word on Confirmation of order/payment reached out via email and the first response was 09/26/2023 and they advised it was being sent out....Keep in mind 7 days is their processing time and I just received this product 10/12/2023. I received the Product and it is Sterling Silver but it is suppose to have a picture that I submitted on the front and it looks as though they attempted to do something but nothing what I ordered. I have been in contact via email and they have now advised that per their Website it says because this is a Special order I cannot get a refund and they will give me 10% back. I have not agreed to anything and I feel as though this company sells subpar product and they take advantage of the Consumer.

      I ordered a ring from wennie jewlery and never received a confirmation email or tracking number, I had to contact them asking where my order was, once it arrived it was too small and I asked to exchange it and they offered me a refund of 10% and when I said no because it didnt fit they said I could purchase another one at 20% off. I already sent them the money for this one and I just want them to make it right.

      I purchased a custom made set of rings from this company in the beginning of November, finally got them December 2nd. The rings I received looked NOTHING like the pictures om their website, one was missing, and they do not fit. I've asked for a refund, and they are telling me I have to pay an additional $30 to get a return label. They are falsely advertising. I want the $50 back that I paid.
