I was looking to purchase insurance that covered my unborn child. So on July 15th 2022 I purchased what I thought was insurance for my husband *********************** that would cover my son once he was born. I paid $1,095.55 for the months of August, September and October of 2022. My son came early on July17th 2022 and I was told his expenses would not be covered since the Insurance plan was not active until August. I then decided to cancel the insurance plan on July 21st 2022. I was given verbal confirmation that it was canceled and told it should only *********** weeks for the refund since the policy was never active and I would receive an email once the funds were in my account. After 6weeks I called again and was told it took up to 8 weeks for refunds to be processed. After 8 weeks I called and was told they were under new management and running behind a couple weeks in refunds. I called again numerous times and was told the manager was not working that day, out for lunch or I was put on a list for a call back. I never received a call back. I the. Told funds would be received anytime from September 12th-16th. I still never received anything, had my husband call and he was told the same thing that he would get a call back from a manager but we never did. Then finally on October 12th 2022 my husband was told the refund would be in our account by the end of the day. Not only did we not receive a refund but they tried to charge us $970.55 twice on October 13th 2022. I called one last time and demanded to speak to a manager, they refused and I was only given an email (****************************************), I am yet to receive a response from this email. They have lied every time we call, it has been 3 months now, this is a scam. I need a full refund for insurance that was never active and I canceled within the 30days.
