Hi,I want to file a complaint against **** Medical *************** I have been trying to resolve a medical bill for my sons (Miles ******, a minor) doctor office at the **** Medical Woodbury office by calling in to their billing office as well as emailing them. Ive made a few phone calls, spoke with a representative, and I was told they have a long queue to speak with a supervisor/manager. As of today, Ive not been able to get a hold of **** management/supervisor to have a live conversation about my bill. Ive emailed them attempting to resolve this bill(see my email explanation attached), but Ive only received an automated reply and keep on getting a bill with a message that they will send it to a collection agency. **** Woodbury has excessively charged for my sons office visit and Im asking management to look into it and contact me before I would pay for this bill. Attached is a copy of the recent bill and my email reaching out to Hoags billing department. My request is: For Hoags management/supervisor to contact me by email so we can agree on a time to talk live. Without an agreement to the excessive charges, I cannot and will not pay my bill and it is unethical for **** to put me into Collections.Business response

It seems that your complaint is with the billing office. I spoke with the billing department. They stated that they spoke to the patient on more than one occasion. The patient asked for a call back from a supervisor. The supervisor spoke to the patient and opened a review of the notes to see if the charge was accurate. After the review the supervisor followed up with the patient. I do not have specific information as you would need to contact that department directly, I do not have access to their notes.
