I have been paying mentor US for years. I have been trying to get in contact with them for the past year to see where my money is going and have not been able to get in contact or find a phone number or ANYTHING. I cannot believe I have been scammed like this. Looking for any help in regards to an email address or phone number.Initial Complaint

I have been approved the the loan Forgiveness program. I noticed that I am still be charged 39 dollars per month with Mentor USA. I have called numerous times and have been on hold for hours to no avail can I speak with someone to determine why I am still being charged this amount. I would like a representative to review my file and work on giving me a reimbursement for being wrongfully charged.Initial Complaint

For several months Mentor USA has deducted $39 from my checking account for student loan fees. As of April 2020 the government has paused all student loan payments and fees and has stated that these such cost are not allowed. I have tried to contact Mentor USA about this issues but the contact number provided is no longer in service. I would like all of the money they have charged my account since April 2020 to be returned to me.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this concern, we will be more than happy to work with ************ in resolving this matter amicably. I believe the incorrect phone number has been dialed because we have zero missed calls from ************. Our customer service department manager is attempting to reach ************ to straighten this out. We would like to speak to ************ before we process refund. We are requesting a phone call between the hours of 8am to 5pm PST to ************ option 1.
