My agent **** ******** was awesome! She was excellent in explaining my current situation and how relief will help me. I no longer stand by my review of this company I posted in July 2024. Im so disappointed with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had been experiencing financial difficulties and I was looking to get a debt consolidation loan. Last July I applied for a loan with Simple Path Financial, ******, **********. The agent, ***** **** told me that I didnt qualify for that but there is something better than a loan so he tricked me into enrolling in Freedom Debt Relief program. He failed to inform me about the implications of this program and how it really works. I found out the hard way how it ruined my credit history and my health. I will never recover from this! I havent been so stressed in my entire life. There was never my intention not to pay my debts. I was only trying to get a loan not to enter a debt relief program.Review from Shawna L

I feel relief. **** never made me feel ashamed or guilty, which happened with other companies. They have all the necessary information and help me understand I am not being irresponsible but trying to find a solution, I am thankful.Review from Megan B

Like other reviewers, they did move to "another option" of debt consolidation. Thanks to other reviews (specifically the business ***lies to those reviews), I let the *** tell me about the option without interrupting, then politely ***lied, "Thank you for providing this information. This is not somthing I want to move forward with. Please cancel my file and remove me from any future calls, emails, and marketing." The *** immediately thanked me politely and acknowledged me request, and we both bid eachother a pleasant evening.Review from Jesica S

I think *********************** was very helpful, and quick with helping me get to where I need to be financially. She was thorough with the information that she needed to present to me, and explained the whole process and made me feel at ease for making this decision.
