      I reside in a condominium community that is managed by Optimum Professional Property Management Inc. They have mismanaged our community through inadequate documentation of building issues and declaring "emergencies" without documentation. Residents are supposed to just "trust" the three member board without proper evidence. They have issued "emergency assessments" in the approximate amount of 9K and 42K with little advance notice. HOA meetings are never in person, but only by Zoom even though the pandemic is over. They hire construction crews that leave damage most places they work and the damage is not repaired. Furthermore, despite the horrendous monetary assessments, Optimum further damaged the community by allowing two constructions crews to take over our clubhouse adjacent to the pool and playground area for over a year. Optimum plans to continue this placement of construction crews a few feet from the pool area for years. It is not wise to place young children and teenagers using the pool next to a constant comings and goings of construction crews. I asked a construction manager if they vetted the crews before hiring. He didn't understand vetting so I asked if they did background checks and he said they just subcontract the second crew and have no idea. It is not a wise nor thoughtful placement of workers for any extended period of time. Also, we just learned through the ****************************************, Optimum did not pull the required permits for deck work even though they stated they pulled the permits. This appears to be business as usual for Optimum. Optimum's actions are sloppy, nontransparent and they have a condescending attitude towards its residents and homeowners.

      This company sent a plumber to check for a leak behind my fridge.This plumber cut holes in my hallway drywall in another area of the house, completely unrelated to the leak.This company told me they would not have it repaired, and it was my problem.We need a zero-star option to review this deplorable company. Rude, unprofessional and discriminatory.

      Searching for the zero star option. ********************* and Optimum Professional Property Management are atrocious and lack any common sense. They collude with the local towing company and lame duck ********* agency. These 3 companies managed to tow my vehicle when I was in the middle of construction at my condo then proceeded to refuse to refund me the towing cost. Clearly, their job is not to streamline the HOMEOWNER'S life, but to complicate and make life more difficult

      His vehicle was safelisted. It expired, he then requested an updated safelist on a Friday at 10:00 PM on ******* which we didnt get until Monday and he was towed Monday morning. He knew he wasnt safelisted and faked a safelist and his vehicle got towed and he is mad the Board did not reimburse him. From my understanding theyve had issues with him before.

      Funny how they cannot admit their mistakes. These crooks charge me $460 per month for *************** and pocket all of it. They treat me as if I am a renter despite being a homeowner for nearly a decade. I ask for simple tasks such a printing a parking permit because ********************* frequently sends emails at night. Due to her lack of attention and detail, my car was towed. WAKE UP!

      Optimum Property Management's lack of common sense is appalling. The purpose of an HOA management company is to streamline the lives of the owners within the association, NOT make it more difficult!
