No response from customer service regarding a claim - this company is not an insurance company, but still deals with insurance claims. They refuse to finish the job with the claim and are not updating me of the status after more than a month. I have tried to contact the supervisor as well as the main general manager with no avail.Initial Complaint

We were in an accident on June 1st with a tractor trailer on 81 south at mile marker 78, the name of the company the truck driver worked for was *************************** LLC. His insurance company is Trisura Specialty, I called them to file a claim for the damage done to our utility trailer that he cause and they told me they third party everything out to different companies. Then they said they would have the third party company contact me, which was Dynamic Claims I have been dealing with ***************************** from there. I have reached out and spoke with her over the past 2 months and she said she was making my claim priority because he had been going on for so long ans had an adjuster come out and look at the trailer and sen in an estimate on the damage. The adjuster came out on June 28, 2024 and done his estimate on damage and sent it to **************** spoke with her a week later and she said it was totaled but they woudn't take fault for it cause the truck driver said we hit him so it was our word against his. We also had witnesses that was with us in vehicles behind us and ******* told me she couldn't take their statements because they were with us. She then said that she still hadn't recieved a police report, so I reached out to state police head quarters and they told me there wasn't one because it didn't meet the needs for one. I called ******* and told her that there wasn't one and that I was pretty positive that he got a ticket and she said that she would run a MVR but it probably wouldn't show anything. I also told her that there was VDOT camera where the accident happened and she said she would look into getting the footage. She told me that she would mark the case to check on and call me back the following tuesday. Since then I have tried reaching out multiple times for 2 weeks and nobody will return my call. I have notes on every time I have spoke with anybody about it. I have looked up and seen that the driver was given a ticket for improper lane changed.Initial Complaint

My car was side swiped by an 18 *******. After 2 months I still do not have a rental, my car has not been repaired due to Knight/Dynamic has not claimed responsibility. After two weeks of calling the adjustor at Knight/Dynamic, ***************************, phone number ************, claim number 202405-ATSKS-4000003, email address ****************************************************** has not returned my calls after two weeks of calling and several voicemails. My vehicle still sits in a tow yard unrepaired. I have out of pocket expense because of a lack of responsibility and integrity by this company.Initial Complaint

I filed a small claim (less than $500), after an Oversize Load semi ripped my mirror off. I only wanted the mirror replaced. Multiple emails, phone calls, and voicemails to my adjuster ********************* have gone unanswered, with no response to any of my inquiries.
