Talked with a ***** at dandy on November 28th 2023 to help with ***** reviews and told him to wait on processing any payments until I spoke with my partner and we set a meeting a few days later but in less than 45 minutes after talking with him and emailed him back to wait until after January ****. I talked with someone else on December 1st 2023 and explained we didnt want to proceed with there service and he assured me he would let him know. I also called the company on Monday December 4th and left ***** a message with the company and they were going to have him call me. He never did so emailed him again after the company charged me $300.00 dollars and another $99.00 and he assured me he would get me a refund ASAP. Never heard back and just tonight another charge of $300.00 is trying to go through.Business response

I am terribly sorry for this case. I have met with *************** and they had no knowledge of this matter previously. This is not something I have seen previously and I will find out how the error was made or communication was not tended to. I have just messaged my billing team to process the full refund and process cancellation. As they are out tonight please do expect this to be complete first thing in the morning. I thought I was purchasing a pallet of electronics for $1.00. I gave my debit card information. I then saw on the bottom of the page that said I would have to join a club (?) for $40 a month. I never checked off the box for that. I just figured I was out $1 and that was it. Now, they're trying to get $40 out of my checking account. It's called "IQGOBILL.com.". The charge, right now, is pending. I don't know how to contact these people. Right now, all I have for proof is my bank statement. I don't want any money at all to come out of my account.Business response

False Advertisement:Cold call marketing email stated:I noticed XXXl wrote a bad review for Simple Fix ************************ on ******* Its an unfair review and I can help you remove it and other bad reviews from ********************** and other review sites for (Business name removed)I asked a simple and honest question "The review you've listed in this email is around 30 weeks old, and was replied to in a professional manner. Other than working with ******* as this is a legitimate review from someone we provided an estimate service for, what system can provide a guarantee that the review listed by an individual would actually be removed? "The reply I received days later, informed me that since they do not own ******* they are not allowed to guarantee that reviews can be removed. So which is it? They aren't able to do much with ****** reviews which are the majority of reviews in this area, yelp doesn't do anything with reviews unless you're paying their $250 a month plan, which all they do is put it at the bottom and I'm pretty sure they don't have enough stock in ******** to manipulate anything. When attempting to save the email in order to upload it for evidence of my complaint, it tells me they deleted their end in attempts to cover it up.Initial Complaint

I was told I had to only pay one time fee of ****** and that it wouldnt auto renew and they stood behind their product and would cancel if not satisfied. They didnt and now I am being charged ****** per month and not allowed to cancel after attempting for 3 months!!!! They also didnt provide any value and literally posted fake negative reviews that they then removed to make it look like they were performing, which is fraud and damage to my company while the negative review was visible.Initial Complaint

Hello, My complaint is in regards to services ReviewVio was providing to me and renewed without notice, and charged my company bank account $3,000. I did not wish to renew my services, in which I had reached out to my account rep in August of 2021 to notify via phone. She ( **** info below) said I could not cancel two months in and had to use their service for the remainder of the year. Additionally, she said if I simply didn't pay the renewal, their service would terminate. This did not happen, they took my bank account info and charged me 2 months after the June renewal date. No notice of renewal of service, no billing reminder, and no opt out option in advance. The service was to renew in June 2022, and did not as they waited 2 months, and without notice or warning drafted my account, and the transaction was not authorized. I reached out to the company, in which they refuse to call, only email, they denied my request for termination and denied my refund. I have asked repeatedly for the signed authorizations they are required to keep on file showing that I ever authorized 1) any payment direct from my bank account 2) any recurring payment from my bank account ************ does not have these documents and has processed payments without authorization. Further, they did not use an ach transaction rather a 'check by phone' option in which they fraudulently put a check number (#***) on the check, which is already a check in use by my checking account. I have since also asked for my current services to be terminated in which they refuse to acknowledge. I am trying to prevent this from happening again in the future. The resolution I am seeking is a full refund of the amount charged to my bank account in the amount of $3,000. On 6/1/21 I decided to contact Reviewvio/Dandy because I own a small business and had several bad reviews on ******* I simply wanted to have some of the poor reviews removed. I was told I would see results in just a few months (90 days). After 6 months of no changes I contacted Reviewvio/dandy and was told the process takes time and that someone would be in touch with me regarding my concerns. After not hearing anything from the company again for several weeks. I contacted them again and was given the same story. Coming up on almost a full year, no results and repeatedly getting a runaround I called to cancel my account. I was told to submit the cancellation letter in email form to their support team and that it needed to be done 30 days prior to my one year renewal date. I had never been told originally that my account would automatically be billed yearly. On 4/21/22 I sent the cancellation email, and just to be safe I cancelled my credit card as well. In 6/2/22 I received an email from a ***** Tellenback with the company telling me they had tried to run my card and it was declined for obvious reasons. Again I resent the original letter and explained it had been sent far in advance of the 6/1 renewal date. After that I thought I was finished with this fraudulent company. This morning I was looking through my transactions on my credit card and to my surprise there was a $1500 charge from Reviewvio/dandy on 6/13/23, an obviously fraudulent charge. How a company can be this conniving and deceitful and get away with it is absurd.Initial Complaint

10 months ago, I signed up for help removing negative false ****** Reviews from my practice. As of this date nothing has been removed. I have been paying monthly for this service. I have spent around $3000 and have received no service. I have a small practice and the reviews can hurt my business. I have called several times to find out the status. And I am told there is no guarantee. This was a waste of money and time. I believe they are collecting funds and giving no service. I would like to receive at least some of the funds back, since no service was given.Initial Complaint

I called last year 8/10/21 to cancel this service being it was not doing what I expected after a year.I was told I need to email a specific department to get cancelled.I emailed the company and after two weeks no response. I sent multiple emails asking why I have not received a conformation of cancellation?Finally 9/10/21 I received an email showing a cancellation (I provided emails and copy of cancellation request)I even checked weeks after to make sure no more work was being done on my reviews. It showed no more work and I no longer received any updates on disputed reviews like I was receiving weekly.I then seen all the way up to 2022 February of next year that I was still being charged $295 a month since September of 2021. When the cancellation was app[roved and all work stopped.I contacted Reviewvio and didn't help me at all and very rude. I attached all copies of emails I want all months that was charged after approved cancellation and work stopped on account credited back to my card. First of all, after I decide to file complain through your website, I noticed there are a lot of complaint already written about this company, but for some reason, they are under a slightly different name called Review-IQ. I am not sure if it is the same company that changed the name because of all these practice getting too many complaint or this is their legal name, but this is the same address, same phone number and same business.I signed into a 12 month service agreement August 13, 2021 for ReviewVio to 1) remove my company negative ****** review if they are not in fact truth. 2) Sales lady told me all our agnet in the company can use it for their client review. 3) all the ****** review will be automatically uploaded to Reviewvio client portal for us to work on. However, none of these are true. This business is a completely a scam. They cannot get anything uploaded to client portal even after months after I start the service, they simply say they filed request to to ****** but wait for response. They has been 6 months, nothing happens. Unless you call them, they will say they will update the portal and try to get ****** to respond in 2 business days. I know they are not going to do anything by now. All I ask is to stop my contract. I am paying $149 a month. This kind of scam business should be stopped.Initial Complaint

Ordered patio paver base tiles from this company https://www.rcelrp.com/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=8 almost a year ago. After 40 emails back and forth, no product has arrived to me and I continue to get runaround about refund. I really feel there was never an intent to deliver goods ordered and feel the website is a scam. Can forward all email correspondence
