They were so friendly responsive and helpful until things got down to the wire. Then they started ignoring our calls and emails. They were not going to be able to process our loan but were not willing to admit it! They could not figure out how to use a **** as income, every other lender we talked to had no issue with this. They were clearly less informed and experienced than the other lenders we talked with in several ways. Thankfully another lender was able to rush process our loan with no issues in a very limited timeframe even though it ended up costing us a lot more money this way.

I have had a horrible experience with Owning. My partner and I applied for a loan on 2/28 and we still have not heard from our loan officer as to whether we have been approved or not. After two weeks of not hearing from our loan officer despite multiple emails, I received an automated response from his email stating he was out of the office. I called the customer service number and was told his supervisor would contact us later that day. The supervisor did and stated we needed to upload another document before they could process our request, we uploaded it immediately. Then no response for another week. We reached out again to our loan officer by email when he was back in the office and he said we needed to make an appointment using his online calendar. We did. Two days later we talked on the phone with him, only to find out that our application had been passed on to another loan officer and there was nothing he could do to help us other than to give us the new loan officer's name and contact info. We tried calling the new loan officer and did not receive a call back. We found his online calendar and booked another appointment. We never received a call at the time of that appointment and when we tried calling him, we got his voicemail and left a message asking for a call back or follow up on when we could talk. We still have not received an answer. They also ran TWO credit checks on my credit without informing me that they would run a second check. It has been over a month and we have received no support, update or information from Owning. About a week ago, I decided to try a different lender and they got me a pre-approval letter within a week. I will never recommend Owning to anyone.

We recently did a home refi with OWNING. It was an easy and smooth transaction thanks to ******************* and ***************************. They were very knowledgeable and willing to help in every aspect of the process. The loan closed within three weeks. Thank you for a very pleasant and positive home refinance experience! Would Definitely Recommend OWNING!!!!

The process was quick and easy. Only thing I had an issue with was emails from different people, sometimes it was hard to keep up with who needed what. All questions were answered quickly and loan was processed and funded on time. And no changed mid stream with different numbers! Definitely at the top of the list if I finance again.*********************

Recently decided to refi my house. I was given the contact info for Owning and made a phone call. The ball was rolling immediately. A short process and Owning did just about everything. Easiest refi experience of my life. I highly recommend them.

Was given the information about looking into a refi through this company by my best friend who had just completed her refi and gave me her contact information. I reached out to the agent, ************************* and he responded immediately! He did not waste any time! We did the application on the phone and he worked with my schedule to make sure I got it done on the same day to lock in the rate. Once he got the loan started, I started to work with the loan processor, ***** who was excellent as well! Kept me informed all along the way and if I had any questions, she responded promptly! It was a smooth process, got a great rate, and it took less than a month to complete! Highly recommend Owning to others!
