I signed up for AvenueAR last month and was super excited to get my music heard by music executives as advertised.I signed up and paid for the premium membership however, when I tried uploading my music to submit to be listened to, I kept getting a message saying I need to pay for a membership. *** reached out to support multiple times, three times via email, once on Instagram, I sent a direct message to the Founder, ***********************, on LinkedIn and I even called but I have not received not one response. Ive been charged three times (monthly. Screenshots attached) already for a premium membership but unfortunately I have not been able to use the site at all.Invoice #AEC5E10528.If unable to get a response from someone at AvenueAR, I would like to get a refund and have them stop charging me the premium membership fee ($9.99).Much thanks,*****************************Business response
