      Business Name: ED WORLDWIDE LLC, owned by ***** ****** *******.Transaction Date: May 17, 2024.Product: 452 units of Fitbit Charge 4 Black (ASIN B084CQ41M2) at $71.00 USD per unit.Payment: I made a full payment of $32,092 USD to ED WORLDWIDE LLC for the purchase.Agreement: The agreed lead time for delivery was 1-2 weeks, and 52 units were stated to be available for immediate shipment.Issue: Despite the agreement, the 52 units were shipped after a month, and the remaining 400 units have not been delivered, breaching our ****************** Impact:$28,400 USD for the undelivered 400 units.$190 USD incurred for shipping ************** Impact: This breach of agreement has caused significant harm to my business, including potential loss of revenue, damage to client relationships, and operational disruptions.Resolution Requested: I demand a full refund of $28,590 USD for the undelivered units and associated costs.Previous Attempts to Resolve: I have sent multiple communications to ED WORLDWIDE LLC, and despite promises, they have not delivered the remaining products or issued a refund. They are currently unresponsive to emails or phone calls.

      So I placed an order with ***** *******/ED Worldwide on 08/09/24 for product in the amount of $8500. We wired him the money and he never produced the items so we said please give us our money back. He says okay and just lies to us every week. NEVER do business with ED Worldwide. This is a TOTAL Scam! Buyer beware...NEVER.. If you read all the other complaints on him he owes A LOT of money to a lot of people!!!

      On 07/17/24 | transferred via Zelle the amount of $4,987.00 to resell online with my small business .The conversation was via telegram and he received the money the same day. After a few days I started to asked about the shipping of the products, he always had a new excuse and was ignoring the messages. Then I requested a refund on 07/29/24. He said the products were counterfeit and accepted to do the refund immediately. I sent the bank information and Zelle so he can do the transfer that same day. After a lot of messages and putting him in evidence he sent me a print screen of a "ach transfer " he made with a processing time of 1-5 business days on 08/07/2024. Of course it was a fake transter because at this moment there is no money in my account and al he has to say is that the bank is withholding the money. He is a scammer and doing a lot of harm to small business like me

      *** i am scammed by a person named ***** and ED Worldwide LLC. ED Worldwide LLC is a warehouse in **********. I have sended 6500$ to ED WORLDWIDE LLC for a specific product named *************** dated on 27/06/2024. But it's been more than 2 months, neither he is returning my money back nor he is forwarding the products. As i have forwarded the amount via Zelle. I have his phone number, LLC and invoice as an evidence!Please help me in this case

      Never trust this guy he is a liar I purchased good from him around 6500$ for my wholesale business, Now he not making the delivery telling me lies n stuff its been more than 2 month this guy will reply you only 2 times a week and will tell you lie make excuses i want him to refund me the amount he isnt even doing that, never buy stuff from this guy again save your self

      On 10/19/2022 I purchased products from ED worldwide for my wholesale distribution business. I was scammed and never received the product nor full reimbursement for the money that I paid.I purchased 2 skus of products and never received any product whatsoever. I contacted the business and they repaid me about $5000 so obviously $6000 still remain unpaid and i have had no product delivered to me also. I have been contacting the business regularly for updates on this payment and they have continued to lie and procrastinate with responding to me and paying me forward . It got to a point to where they would not respond to me at all . I am sick of the lies and time wasted and I just want my money back so i can move on . I have evidence of the invoice i paid, the conversations through text that we had regarding reimbursement, all of which you can see me reaching out and him ignoring my requests on numerous occasions. He disregards my messages but sends out offers to his clients on the same messaging platform. I dont wish for anyone else to be scammed or treated like this . He cannot prove that this product ever shipped out because it didnt . Theres no tracking history and no shipment being created in reference to said product .i am a small business and this has hurt my business and relationship with a client that suffered as result of this company.
