I ordered dress for my daughters wedding and I paid for the 2 to 4 day delivery and it took longer so I had to go buy another dress . I have emailed them repeatedly for how to return dress and to get my express shipping refunded and now they dont reply back . I did everything I was supposed to do they need to now before my 30 day return is up.Business response

We are so sorry to reply late here and due to some system error, we are so sorry not to reply customer in time.
Right now, we've already refunded the expedited shipping cost and we've also sent customer's instruction on how to return it.

I went to return a dress that did not fit. The return request WAS outside of the return window (7 days after) due to having an insane amount of things happening with the wedding. However, ****** stated the seller accepted my return request and sent shipping labels to my email for said return I emailed the company as they requested and they are now saying they will not accept the return because it is outside of the return window. Even though the dress is unused and in perfect condition. I have ordered dresses from them before I have not needed to return, so it's not even like I'm trying to scam them for my money back. I simply was unable to utilize the dress.Business response

Six dresses were ordered in separate orders from this seller through ******. Please see below for details. Order 1 for four dresses was placed on June 29th, 2024 with Amazon order # ***-4472032-3412260. A refund for all four dresses was requested on July 15, 2024, and the return was shipped with a prepaid return label through *** with the tracking ID: ******************. Tracking lists the return as delivered at Ever-Pretty on July 29, 2024, received by ********. Order 2 for two dresses was placed on June 28th, 2024 with Amazon order # ***-2301450-3348221. A refund for these two dresses was requested on July 16, 2024 and July 22, 2024, respectively. Returns were shipped with prepaid return labels through *** with the tracking ID: ******************, and **** with tracking ID: **********************. Returns are listed as delivered at EverPretty on July 28, and July 29, 2024. Please see supporting documents for tracking information. To this date, my refund has not been processed. I have contacted ****** Customer Support about this issue, but ****** is still waiting for Ever-Pretty to issue the refund to them.Business response

I purchased a dress from this company through Amazon on March 6th 2023. The dress did not fit so it was returned with a label from amazon on March 9th 2023. The package was delivered back to the shipper on March 15th 2023. Both ******* and Amazon refuses to refund me my money.Business response

Ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding which was too short in length. In the same week as it has been received Ive emailed the company no less than four times to get their address to return for a refund and have not had it sent to me. The order: EPSITEUS226691 for $71.99. Ive actually ordered a second dress in good faith still expecting a response from customer service. Still nothing. I need to return this order. I bought two different sized dresses from this company and returned them in the requested time frame. I contacted the company yesterday to inquire about my refund since I had not yet gotten it for either dress. The rep ****** said that they never received the dresses (see attachment). I have evidence in the form of my original receipt from the **** and screenshots from the **** showing both packages delivered (see attachments). I looked back at the tracking labels that are now associated with the packages, and they have changed since I originally sent both items (see attachment and compare them to the two numbers that were destined for ****** ** - I had other items sent that day as you can see above. Those are for other companies). That seems suspicious and possibly a fraudulent way of conducting business. It appears other people have had the same problem. I have reached back out to the company to give them the screenshots of the receipt and the delivered screenshots by the **** to see if they will do the right thing and refund me. However, if they wont, I am reaching out to you guys to not only help with getting me the refund but also to have you look into their business practices since other people have had the same issueBusiness response

I ordered 2 dresses from this company. I am needing to return one. Their policy is to e-mail them and they will e-mail back with an address to return the item. I have tried 3 times and they sent me an email to "subscribe" , which I did and then they would send me the address. However, they did not. I then tried to call both numbers on their website, numerously, and I got an answering machine. However the mailbox is "full", so I cannot leave a message. I only have 30 days to return the dress and they are making it impossible to return this item. All I want to do is return it for a refund.Initial Complaint

Ever-pretty has gone no contact on an issue I have been trying to resolve. They did email me back once and asked additional questions. I replied then they went no contact. I have tried to contact them by email, phone and direct customer service chart on their website. I am trying to return their product and need the mailing address to returns. I bought dresses from them with a delivery date within 710 days. I was also told it was shipping from **********************. Both were wrong. After THREE delays (I am still waiting on them on this day), multiple phone calls, and multiple emails, Im advised they do not ship from ************** or even anywhere in *****************. They ship from *****. And until they arrive in ***************** they cannot provide me with extra shipping information. Continuously saying just be more patient. They wont refund me the $265.13 I spent either because then itll be like I got the dresses for free. I dont even have the dresses? I dont even want the dresses now because they wont be here on time? They still arent even in the **? **************** was just horrible. Then they tell me I can just try ordering again off of their website. Absolutely not.Business response
