I've been to Perlman Clinic only once for my heart check February this year. I used the insurance I've had back then and covered the $10 out-of-pocket charge right away (attached below). I kept getting mail once in awhile from Perlman Clinic about some kind off outstanding bill to pay. I thought It has to be a mistake and I did not contact them about it because I got too busy/forgot. Now I've got a mail from collection services about the $47.46 that I supposedly owe. It is wrong. I sent an email to Perlman Clinic and did not get a response. I have a hearing disability and it is extremely hard for me to talk by the phone.I deserve an apology from the Perlman Clinic, removing the wrong ''debt'' from the collection.. at least.
