E drains was hired to repair a portion of sewer pipe due to a clog. They gave a year warranty. The property owner and me(tenant)were satisfied. Once I took over the business it started getting clogged again. They came out and power jet it. I thought it was good. It clogged again and they came out and showed me the NEW clog 2 foot where they replaced the pipe.he said it would cost a extra 5k to repair that clog. Wait! We paid 6k then i need to pay another 5k? I had a plumber I used before see it. He ran a camera and a cutting device to remove a plastic lid, credit cards, coins, bolts. Looked like from many years of build up. The entire line needs to be replaced. Hire a plumber with experience because ******** lacks experience and will just take your money.

First of all, you are not our customer as we were hired by the previous owner, not you. So you may not be aware of the entire situation. But since you took the time to write a review we will take the time to respond. Yes you need to repair the entire sewer line, and no we were not hired to replace the entire sewer line. We were hired to do a spot repair and thats what we did. We advised the previous owner to do more work but I suspect he only did as much as he had to at the time to be able to sell the place to you. Thank you for mentioning that we went and gave you service twice after doing this repair and cleaned this drain which was not under warranty and has nothing to do with the repair that we did.

I have had this company come to my house twice. The employee OccMed was very respectful and understanding about my plumbing issue. I had to call in to speak to someone in regards to the insurance and I got a woman named ***** on the phone. While I was trying to explain to her the situation she became aggressive, dismissive, rude, speaking over me and basically telling me in other words to be quiet. I Requested to speak to someone above her and she refused. She told me to go ahead and find an email online. She would not give me a phone number or name to a supervisor. The employee became so combative on the phone that I realized they work through intimidation.

This is not one of our customers, she is a Home Warranty of America customer. Most of these insurance customers are respectful and kind; but every now and then we get the ones that should be upset at their insurance for now covering their service and instead call us and demand things that we cannot do for them like lie so that their service is covered. We will be contacting *** about this customer and will show them her numerous text messages asking us to lie on our report. People should not mess with insurance fraud.

This is another clear example of how this company operates. If you read the other reviews they are aggressive and unprofessional. A claim has been opened with the insurance company in regards to this company already. Nothing to hide here. Charges for work not performed is egregious. My plumbing work has been given to another company through the insurance yesterday. One rude office employee is one thing but clearly the owner allows this behavior.

I had a drain problem and called them up after hearing about them from a friend. They were friendly and on time and delivered the service that was advertised. I dont usually write reviews but they came quickly and got the job done.

This is the worst *************** that I have ever dealt with. I paid them to do a service and they sent two young guys ***** and *****. Who didnt know what how to shut off my water properly, after being given instructions. They still did the work and made a mess in my bathroom with water running to fix leaky faucet. They fixed half my issue still water is not running correctly, presently. They rescheduled three times cancelled last minute or no call at all..I had to call to see if they were coming. They had no respect for my time, the receptionist were both rude, I talked with a ***** and another one. Would give me attitude when clearly theyre in the wrong. Not once no one said Im sorry. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed! Companies like these should not be in business. Horrible **************** and practices!

Here is the e-mail we sent to this customer prior to this review being written:Good morning ****, hope you are doing well. I am truly sorry for your experience with our company. Normally we get emails with very happy customers, we certainly take it very seriously when a customer is less than pleased. From the information I have gathered, for some reason the original technician did not feel comfortable in your home. This created a behavior in all other techs and none want to service your home. I could go out there myself, but I am out of town. I understand that you would want to hire someone else. Sadly, the dispatchers are pretty helpless in what is going on, because all they know if that a tech is supposed to be there. When they dont show up its truly not their fault. I will be taking necessary steps to discipline these technicians if I find that their reason for not wanting to service your home is not legitimate. I also understand that this is all part of an insurance claim right? If you call the insurance they will most certainly want to send us back out there. They will want us to fix the problem, not someone else. Are you planning to hire a plumber outside of the insurance network? By the way, refunds take around 30 to 45 days to be processed.
