24/7 Drain Rooter was contracted out to my unit as part of an HOA mandated maintenance service for hydrojetting the sinks in every first floor unit within the complex. The drain line for my kitchen sink has had a slow drip since service approximately a week ago, resulting in damage to the wood shelf under the sink. This was not an issue prior to the scheduled appointment on June 20th, 2022.Business response

This is the 1st time of me hearing this. The customer has not called us to let us know that this information has happened or that anything is going on. I have emailed the customer and attempt to get ahold of them to rectify the situation.Customer response

I was contacted by ***** this morning who said he would send someone by this afternoon. I have not heard of an appointment time or received any further response.
