BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not buy from this dealer, unprofessional, lied and tried selling a ** with a suspended dealers license. Found an ** from this dealer and spoke to ******* to make arrangements to see the *** ******* stated the ** was still available as we were concerned with driving from ******* to ************. Drove 5 hrs, paid the toll fees and test drove the *** Filled out paperwork for loan which was told the loan person is someone they do business with all the time. Signed a purchase agreement and left a down payment. After waiting a few days, was told by the loan person that the dealer was over pricing the ** and we would need to come up with almost 20% down. We decided to go through our credit union which we paid extra to have a cashiers check overnighter to us with no down payment needed. Notified dealer that everything was a go on our end and it was agreed upon that everything would be ready to go on Saturday Sept 14th. Dealer stated registration was ready on Friday Sept 13th. Woke up Sat morning to go pick up the **, text the dealer when we were leaving *******, all to get a text almost 3 hours into our trip "WE GOT A PROBLEM." According to the dealer the California *** online system was down and this deal won't happen today. Days went by with the same excuse even though we talked to multiple dealers that confirmed the *** system was not down. Later to find out the Dealers license was actually suspended by the *** vs the excuse they were giving us. They tried telling us that they didn't know why the systems were down. After we found out their license was suspended, we had to pay extra to send the cashiers check back to our credit union. We asked to be reimbursed our gas, toll fees, fees for the cashier check and they did not reimburse us even though they were in breech of their contract by trying to sell a vehicle as a dealer with a suspended dealers license. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER AS I EOULD HATE TO SEE YOU GO THROUGH WHAT WE DID.
