I purchased the ***3 Vaporizer from Laguna Smoke and Gifts on Feb. 19, 2023 for ******. I have had this identical device before and know how to operate it and how it works. When the item needs to be charged, you need to plug it in and it will immediately show that it is charging with the light display on the front. It is also worth mentioning that after purchasing, I suspected that the item had been tampered with or opened when I got it home because it was not wrapped in plastic like others purchased from the *** company, prior. When I opened the box, the charger (when handled) made a wierd clicking noise like it was barely holding together. This had never happend on previous *** products purchased elsewhere. Also, the *** is supposed to have a 50% charge after purchase, yet this one had a dead battery that required full charging before use, causing me suspicions that it was refurbished or had been used.After only 5 days of using this device, it will no longer charge at all, making it complete un-usable. I promptly contacted the store. The owner claimed that I did not know how to charge the unit properly. I own another identical ***, which shows a light indicating the charge level when charging. I have included a picture of the defective *** device plugged into my car charger. The photo shows that the car charge device is working (green light), yet the plugged in *** (*** charger) shows no light, indicating that it is not charging. Receipt also included. The owner then said that the store has "No Refunds or Returns", which was not placed in a prominant or visible area near the register. I told him I would be forced to submit a dispute on the credit card and he accused me of "getting aggresive" and started to verbally berate me. I ended the phone call and am seeking assistance so I can get a refund for ****** for the defective product he sold me. This business is listed as a *** Distributer and I will be filing this complaint with them, as well. Thank you
