This company is a joke. They called me on January 23 telling me that I could be forgiven on my student loans but I needed to be re-qualified and it would cost me $200. I paid the $200 for myself and a friend since she didnt have money to pay herself. Later that week I got a letter stating my loan had been forgiven and they were at a zero balance. I looked on my credit report and it was actually forgiven BEFORE they even called me to re-qualify!!! They charged me money to do some thing that had already been done. You call the phone numbers and they want you to leave a message with all of your information and a phone number to call them back never do they call you back. My friends loans havent been touched and are still on her credit report and not have been forgiven. They keep saying it takes 90 days but January to July is more than 90 days. As you can see this notice is dated January 17. I just want my money back and no one will respond to my emails or phone calls.

I was contacted by this company in December of 2021 informing me that I had qualified for Student Loan Forgiveness. What they told me over the phone seemed "too good to be true" and it was. After signing up with them and making payments for three months, I was contacted by my Student Loan Provider NelNet today and was informed that I was a victim of "Third Party Fraudulent Activity" by this company and upon contacting my bank, they also informed me that the company's method for obtaining payment via a digital check, raised many red-flags and they advised I immediately issue a "Stop Payment" against the vendor. They were able to issue these checks on my behalf as I had given them power of attorney as apart of the "contract" I had signed with them. I have been unable to reach my "assigned advisor" over the phone after numerous attempts in regards to this power of attorney and situation. As such, I have now decided to contact a lawyer in regards to this matter and they are currently reviewing the contract I signed with them.I feel highly manipulated by this fraudulent entity, which preys on those who have found themselves in a hard financial position after simply pursuing an education.

The information this company provides is VERY misleading. They called me giving me information stating they set me up on monthly payment in order to forgive my student loans for almost 95% to be forgiven, when all they are doing is completing and IDR application and charging almost $1000 which is very misleading, not until I referred a friend and a family member who is an attorney looked into this bogus company. I was to be refunded and have emails confirming this, do you think I received one? Just being given the run around. Please do not give this company any money for Any type of student loan debt call NelNet directly or department of education. *********************** and ******************************* are both giving misleading information and are cons bottom line!
