This was my first experience here. I brought my Cayenne Turbo in to fix a 'check engine' light so I could get it smogged and it was a disaster. There were several parts that were needed to be replaced in order to get it smogged, which I approved. However, they had the vehicle for over a month in order to get this resolved. Emails sent to them regarding the status of the work took days to get returned. When the car was dropped off I couldn't believe the mileage. They drove the Cayenne 600 miles while they had it?!? I spent over $3800 on the necessary repairs but it would appear that someone took the car for several joy rides in my absence. To make matters worse, they dropped off the car when it was on fumes...could have at least had the decency to leave me some gas in it. Finally, they knocked off a piece of trim on the driver's side door and rather than try and put it back on they just threw it in the back of the car. I have been in the restaurant/service industry for over 40 years, live locally in SJC and was trying to support a local business, so I would want to know if my staff screwed a customer over as bad as these guys did me.
