Date of purchase/warranty activation: 1/23/22 Product stopped working/support contacted: 3/12/22 Case number provided: 3/14/22 Replacement shipped 4/19/22 The delivery service failed to provide tracking details and did not notify or make contact for delivery (twice) causing my long awaited product to be stolen because it was left on the street. This method of delivery completely contradicts Exxus imposing this one and only delivery method onto their customers due to a law "stating no one under 21 can receive this product, signature required" . They did not hold themselves accountable when the delivery service failed to fulfill this claim twice. They've offered me no resolution and am expecting me to just walk away from this, completely unacceptable service and goes against their warranty guarantee. I'd like a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

Purchased a Exus Snap cartridge vaporizer 4/18/22 after seeing on box that it had warranty, registered such online and used it a couple days and it quit working, contacted for replacement sent in video's requested am now informed that new 1 can not be shipped to my area basically making warranty worthless I dont have any other address to give them as they are now requesting.Initial Complaint

i bought a exxus vaporizer 2 weeks ago for $30. it never worked. i contacted exxus and they wanted a video of it not working while plugged in. they provide you with a charging cable thats a few inches long, so that was fun recording that. i sent them the video. they say they will replace it for me if i give them $22. i don't see why i should pay ANYTHING since i already paid and got nothing in return. there is no quality control for these products and they know it. this is most definitely a scam company with one excuse after another. no replacement, no refund, no quality control, no helpful customer service. this is a scam "business". don't let them fool you.Initial Complaint

I purchased an Exus vape pen from my local vape store. Upon my first use, I noticed that the fire key was stuck. It would not actually click to use. Because of this, I contacted the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. I completed all the steps for warranty replacement to be told that there is a shipping fee of $22.50 in order to receive a new unit. This issue happened straight out of the packaging and is a clear manufacturing defect. I paid only $15 for the unit itself and it makes no solid business sense for me to pay $22.50 for shipping charges on a unit that was broken before my first use and that costs $7.50 less than the shipping costs alone. I attempted to negotiate with the representatives but to no avail as they would not ship the warranty replacement device without the excessive shipping costs paid.
