I purchased a new subaru crosstrek last week 11/30/21. The sales man told me I could not afford a outback, because it was too much money and my credit was not great. He acted like he did me a favor with this new car... I agreed to the outrageous monthly payment, and he assured me that this car had all the features that I requested. 4X4, space for kids, cupholders, starlink.. After I signed for the car, and submitted my loan- I actually got a chance to take alook at my contract. The finance guy and sales man had put over *** in service contracts on my loan. I told them i did not want anything else with the car, ONLY GAP INSURANCE. They assured me that this came with all new cars, and I did not have a choice. I did not know they were adding on *** to their pocket. I want to bring the car back, I cant believe they took advantage of me and lied to me like that. They stole my money, and I can't even get in contact with anyone! They wont help me cancel these service contracts, they wont even respond to me. I was taken advantage of because I was a woman and alone, it was wrong.Business response
