On 10/10/2023 I paid this company in full, $3035 for a one week stay for the week of Dec 31-Jan 7.I canceled on 12/12/23 (3 weeks in advance), due to financial hardship. I am being charged 14% of the total ($425) for canceling, and had to wait 4-6 weeks for a return.It has been over 6 weeks, even though I requested an expedited return. They do not return my calls.I have been a loyal customer over the last 20 years, visiting over 12 times at least.I find their return policy exorbitant and their disregard for my situation unacceptable.Having held my money for 3 1/2 months, they should be paying me interest!Initial Complaint

Based on the information provided on their website, I agreed to join their 1 week program. I left on day 3 because I had an issue with tachycardia. I was not informed that I would have to perform wheatgrass enemas and only eat a raw vegan diet, which included not all raw vegan foods. When my resting heart rate was 110 on the morning of 12/13/2023 I decided to leave the facility. I was told that someone would reach out to me about a refund. I have left messages at least 6 times since then. No one has called me back. Of those 6 messages I have spoken to 5 people, who told me they would pass along the message and someone would call me back. As of 01/01/2024 no one has called me back.
