I am very pleased with the installation of the CleanSpace encapsulation in the crawl space under my house. The work crew was great! (******* ******, **** ******, ******* ****, and ***** ****) They were very courteous, professional, and respectful of the property. It was a pleasure to work with them. They did a fantastic job on the installation. ******* kept me informed with each step of the process, explaining everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. Very satisfied customer here. This was quality work. The house is now level and the best part is that my house doesnt shake when I walk to the kitchen anymore! In fact, the house is actually a lot quieter when walking through every room now. Keep in mind, I weigh an excess of 280lbs, and I walk fast! so, that was a big deal for me What is very satisfying to see is when the huge gaps on your exterior walls get filled once they actually **** the house up to level. Its clear to say that this company definitely lifts!! ???????? It is also VERY clear to me that Foundation Repair of CA installs nothing but state-of-the-art, heavy duty quality materials. After trying other companies to come and fix our piers instead of wanting to sell us almost everything besides replacing our piers, we were happy to have found Foundation Repair of CA. ******************** and ****** did a great job on replacing every one of our old piers in such a timing manner, it is really nice to have the house level again. I have been using Foundation Repair of California for several years. Initially it was to install push piers and smart jacks as my Willow **** home was sinking. I have the misfortune to own a house where 1/2 is on sand and 1/2 is on **** causing lots of movement. Just making a new foundation doesn't mean it will stay up if the soil moves or sinks. Push piers down to bedrock are needed to support the foundation. This premise works well as long as your foundation is solid. After many years, my 75 year old house's foundation developed way too many cracks & the push piers had nothing to grab....??**** did an amazing job of replacing 90% of my original house foundation and adding additional steel support beams. They did this while my family stayed in the house! I now have a brand new foundation and the push piers will hold the house up for years to come.??I had wonderful concrete and pier crews that went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. Thank you **************************, *****, *******************, *******************, *******, ******, *******, and ***** from the concrete teams and ************************ and ****** from the pier team.?? We had them come out to provide an annual inspection just to make sure the sump pump and dehumidifiers in our crawlspace were in working order. Our service personnel was ***************************.
