On January2, 2022, I placed an order with Livermores Papa Murphys to take advantage of the 25% off $25 email we received that morning. I clicked on where it said click on to order now and ordered $33.00 worth of pizzas. No discount appeared. Per instructions on the order, I called store for support to refund and credit back $8.50 (25%). I asked to cancel the order but credit card charge went through and cashier could not do anything. She advised me that when Manager came him on Tuesday (January 4), she would have him credit back $8.50 to our credit card. On Tuesday, because I was traveling, I called ***** (manager) who advised me to forward receipt and email with coupon which I did via text. After several days, and after not hearing from him, I texted him and was told he could not credit our credit card but would send gift card for $8.50 and was putting it in the mail that day. Week later, no gift card received, so I texted ***** and was told he had put gift card in mail on Jan. 13. I have yet to receive my $8.50 gift card. First of all, I realize this small amount may not be worth the hassle but it is really the principle. I did all I could to give *****, the manager, the opportunity to redeem himself but he failed to do so. I even told him on the 26th of January that I was giving him an few extra days as I was going on a trip to send the gift card before I made a complaint and have heard nothing from him. Secondly, i feel I have been strung along in the hopes that I will forget and nothing will become of this which is why I am making this complaint. I believe it speaks very poorly of the store and manager who feels he can dupe me without any consequences. *************************
