Yesterday morning, a Saturday, I glanced at the thermostat on the wall as usual and noticed it was blank. This was worrisome as I knew it would be a cold night without heat. I started searching the internet for **** services open on weekends. I called the first one and the person who answered said, yes, they had a repairperson to send but the cost would be $189 just to get an estimate for the repair. I asked if it would later be deducted from the total cost and was told, "No, that is just to get the person there". I said no thanks and then called a second company who said they would not charge for the estimate, and they could have someone come by between 2pm and 4pm to which I agreed. They were a no call-no show. Didn't have the decency to at least let me know. Today, Sunday, I called California Air Conditioning Systems but hung up after three rings as I figured, no one is going to do repairs on a Sunday. However, a minute later, Mr. ***** ****** texted a picture of his card, and I thought, "Looks like a real person with a name." So, I called ***** and told him the problem saying, "I almost froze my **** off last night", and he laughed saying, "Well we can't have that!" From that moment on, I trusted him and found his humanity pleasant. He said he would be over by noon, and at 11:15am, texted me saying he was on his way and texted again when he arrived at 11:45am. He arrived in uniform in his company van, all clean and ready to work. He took the face off the thermostat, tested it with some kind of tool, turned to me and said, "It's dead." He went back to his van and brought back a brand-new thermostat, went into the attic, tested everything and before you knew it, I had heat again. The price was fair, and the work was clean and professional. I took his card and will give it to our operations department at my job as we have been looking for dependable folks like Mr. ***** ******. Good man, very professional, fair and with a sense of humor. Excellent work!!!!

Mr. ****** was trustworthy, considerate, and professional. He came over to inspect our unit which needed to be replaced and had a leak. He handled the issue professionally. He meticulously fixed one unit and installed another unit in our new room. I was happy with the customer service he provided.

***** ******, our service guy, was professional and on time. He took the time to inspect the filters and make sure everything was functioning properly in addition to tuning up our air conditioners. He was able to identify the issue and fix it properly. It cools great now and is much quieter than my old unit ever was.

***** and ***** were excellent. They identified many problems with my A/C and fixed them. They went over and above my expectations cleaning both the air handler and compressor, checking the heater and unclogging the pump. I would recommend them to anyone in need of A/C service. They are a fair and honest company, no BS. They took a full look at my aircondintiong system, actually measuring the currants, temperatures and heating ...no guessing or supposing. Gave a real estimate and stayed on it!

What an incredible experience. My wife was trying to keep the children cool from the summer heat. Other estimates from others were to replace the whole AC unit, but ***** stepped in and quickly went to work and fixed our issues at a reasonable price.

The trials of dealing with contractors coming into your home. Once in, there is the ******* of a lien dropping on your title, the job done half ***, the price to finish the job changing: take replacing a 30 year old furnace, for example. You call them and they look and come up with wild lump sum figures, anywhere between $14 and $20 grand, because your ducts are wrapped at the connection points with asbestos tape and have to be replaced, the furnace foot print has to be changed; and then by pure chance you stumble upon *********************** and his team of professional employees, and you get a carefully calculated detailed proposal to do the work with a good Carrier product, and the price comes in at 12 grand; and the job is done, with one necessary extra, cleanly and efficiently in four days over the Christmas week.
