      I registered my son on May 1st 2024 for summer flag football. The season was supposed to start in July. Multiple emails were sent by the league postponing start date due to lack of registration. On August 5th, ***** who must be one of the leagues coordinators, sent an email stating they cancelled the season. I emailed ***** *************************************** directly on August 5th, asking to provide a refund which ***** replied back on August 5th that I can expect a refund in 3-5 days. I did not get a refund in that time frame. I emailed ***** on August 13 and 16 and did not receive any emails back. I attempted to call, but no answer at the ************ number they provide for contact. I text them on that same number on August 20. I received a text response on August 20 asking for my order number and email which I provided. I text them again on August 22 and 28th to confirm they will process my refund and heard nothing back. Their communication is awful, it has been over 3 weeks and I have not received a refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The organization did handle my refund, unfortunately it took a BBB complaint to get the attention of someone who was willing to help...in the end, they did complete the refund.

      I registered my 11 yo son for youthpro sports fall soccer which was supposed to start in November 2023.I received multiple subsequent emails from ********************* of YouthPro Sports *********, ** postponing and rescheduling the start date of the soccer league program a total of 3 times. Ultimately, I received a final email 1/9/24 stating that due to low enrollment the soccer league would be canceled and to expect a refund in ***** business days. I want my money back now. It does not take that long to refund anything, and if the enrollment was low that would mean the amount of people owed a refund should be small. And it should not take that long. Not only is my son extremely disappointed, but *** spent money on soccer cleats and soccer socks and shorts in preparation for the season and now I cant even get a refund from Dicks Sporting Goods for those items because Youthpro took so long to finally cancel the league. Youthpro is doing poor business, and currently actively still registering kids for various sports per their social media. Refund me now. Ive waited long enough. I registered my son in August of 2023. This is terrible business practice.
