      December 2022 ordered their trial ********************** product for what they advertised as a sample bottle and would charge shipping. Got a text from them stating that product and **** pills were shipped. I replied I did not order **** pills. Received both **** pills and ********* pills with a charge of over $122.00 from my bank account. This is an extreme bait and switch fraud action. Called the 1-800 number to cancel but they refuse to credit my $122 bank charge. I have also emailed them but no answer. ALSO the charge on my debit card uses the name **************** but when you call the number and give them your name and info it references the products from Glutada Labs

      I ordered the vitamins on 11/30/22. The website said the vitamins were free just pay for the shipping. So I paid $6.49 for one bottle of vitamins and $7.48 for the other bottle. My order arrived on 12/6/22. When I placed my order, it never said anything about additional charges or a subscription. Today, 12/8/22, I noticed 2 charges on my checking account from the company where I ordered the vitamins. I made the mistake of using my debit card to order. One charge was for $93.11 and the other was for $122.86 for a total of $215.97. I immediately called customer service, which took over an hour to get someone on the phone, and told the lady about the additional charges on my account. I asked her if she could please refund me that money cause I couldn't afford it. It put my account in the negative. She said she could offer me a discount on the subscription. I told her I never wanted a subscription. She said it was in the terms and conditions when I put my order in and by ordering I agreed to these terms. She asked if I wanted to cancel the subscription. I said yes. I asked her about refunding the $215.97 to which she replied, unfortunately she couldn't because my trial period was up.I told her I knew nothing about a trial period. She said I had 7 days to cancel the subscription starting with the day I ordered the vitamins. I told her I just received the order the day before yesterday! She said that's policy and I should've read the terms and conditions more carefully. There was nothing on the website about a 7 day trial. I would've NEVER agreed to it. It also says on the website "100% money back guarantee" I asked to speak with a manager and she said there are no supervisors there and it didn't matter who I spoke with, I would be told the same thing, that it's against company policy to refund money after the trial period!! This company is a SCAM!!! They are VERY DECEITFUL!!!

      November 13 paid 7bucks for a trial product apparently was put in mailbox on 19 haven't received it when check box this morning 22 but show tracking was called them on 20/21 when got new charge for 116+117 they say it's for the product that I wanted to try that qoute came on the 19 we have a contract mail person*************************** and the post office has the complaints said I was supposed to call same day and cancel the thirty day trial. Then say they don't want return which I can't because don't have it and so they say will give me 35%back so I'm still paying for something I don't have these guys stacked charges and say it's in the terms so what next

I accept response was try to refund the morning of charges the customer service rep was so rude reason I filed complaint and they tried charge me again this month for 85 bucks more after said would not because my account was closed and before I could call another complaint the refund it and the other difference for charges. I don't trust internet purchasing for this reason and thanks you guys for helping me resolve the issue won't be trying anything from anyone online again unless they have a store local I can go in for more info. I'm still planning to keep giving them bad reviews because they target older people who may not have caught those charges and and are still paying them

      *************** 10/17/22 Placed an order for sample vitamins. The order was placed and charged to my bank account for the amount of charges listed below. These fee were I thought were shipping charges to try the product. The product of bottle were shipped. And the fee charged below debited from my bank. 10/17/22 $7.48 10/17/22 $6.48 Additional charges listed below without verification of my approval for purchase. The vitamins have not been received. 10/24/22 $117.73 10/24/22 $118.84 When calling the company I requested a reason of debit that was not verified nor approved by me. On 10/24/22 they indicated that it's in their terms and conditions and I should receive shipment. I told them it needs to be canceled and the unauthorized amount credited. They indicated not possible and 30% discount would be offered. I told them this is illegitimate and these charges need to be adjusted for deceptive practices. They refused. There is no terms indicating before purchase.

It appears that as of 11/24/22 all adjustments have been cleared and posted to my account. I appreciate you working with me in this process and establishing accountability of unauthorized charges. I hope this precludes this from happening in the future. If you require any additional information from me happy to assist.
