Subject: Formal *************************** Interruption and Request for Contract Restoration I am writing to formally address a significant issue that has recently occurred with my HEYGEN account, which has not only disrupted my service but also altered the terms of my original contract without my consent. As a loyal customer and advocate for **********************, I find myself in a disheartening situation that requires immediate attention and resolution.On March 3rd, my account experienced a payment failure due to my credit card being temporarily frozen as a precaution against potential fraudulent activity. I promptly addressed this issue within 24 hours, ensuring that my payment method was updated and that my account was reinstated. However, upon regaining access to my account, I was dismayed to discover that my service privileges and terms had been significantly altered.Previously, my contract with HEYGEN was set at $179 per month, which included 60 hours of video creation and 4K uploads. This package not only met my business needs but also represented a value proposition that I had come to rely on. To my surprise, the reinstated account no longer reflects these terms, and my attempts to resolve this matter through customer service have been met with indifference. The lack of concern shown towards my situation not only affects my business operations but also influences my future recommendations of HEYGEN services.Therefore, I kindly request the immediate restoration of my original contract terms at the agreed price of $179 per month for 60 hours and 4K uploads. This act of censorship not only violates the principles of free speech but also contradicts the values upheld by the **** and ********** constitutions. As a user, I expect platforms operating within ***************** to respect and uphold these fundamental democratic principles. I bought "credits" from this company but they stole them at the end of the "billing cycle". It was more than $50. I have contacted them and they refuse to help me. I believe this is theft. I hope you can address it. Its discouraging that this is allowed.
