I was in a car accident on Monday, March 25, 2024 around 10AM. ******** Collision came to pick up the vehicle, although I have AAA, I allowed them to take the car because I wasn't thinking straight. They gave me their card and asked me to contact them to pick up my belongings. My daughter tried contacting them that same day and they didn't answer. We've continued to call and never answered. We emailed them and they have not responded. They are not answering my insurance provider either, and at this point they are holding our vehicle against our will. They made an appointment for me to pick up the car today, March 28th, and they are not there. I have been waiting for over an hour and no one is here. I called the police to come and help and nothing is being done. Their Yelp is full of horrible reviews. They are running a scam!
