      One star is far more than this company deserves. I bought a Miku monitor in late 2021 and it worked fairly well for about a month until I got a permanent connection error and haven't tried using it since. Now I see there is a massive paywall for standard features and still the live camera doesn't work. What a waste of perfectly good money.

      My camera got the update and stopped working. I have been trying to get ahold of the company for MONTHS. And get no reply back. This camera was $500 and it stopped working because of THEIR update. I have tried emailing multiple times, and calling their number but they no longer allow calls. If I could leave zero stars I would

      $400 camera has now locked everything behind a paywall. Scam artists. It does exactly what my $30 camera does now.

      I was looking for someplace to report this company or warn others and found I am not the only one! We bought this monitor back in 2021 for our first son and overall it worked well, but occasionally had some connectivity issues. We had our newest baby recently and went to resume use of this product and found, like others, a new company had taken over and we now had to pay a subscription fee. Then our monitor stopped being able to connect for 4 days straight now and I have been unable to get any kind of adequate response from their customer service email. I searched for a phone number to call and reached a voice message that stated they no longer offer live assistance and to please email. And please note response time is significantly delayed. What am I supposed to do with that. I have never been so angry as a consumer. I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Our new son has health issues and to go without a monitor has been torture.

      Ever since this company was acquired, they ripped off prior purchasers. I purchased this for my daughter and at the time it was sold complete with analytics! The company was acquired and now they are charging for the analytics! Absolutely ridiculous. All I have is a webcam whose value might be $45.

      Purchased a Miku baby monitor and they declared bankruptcy and sold their business. The new business implemented a bait and switch tactic, now making customers pay a monthly subscription for a product we only bought because there were no subscription fees! They have locked out all of the key features of this device, and the features they have locked are the only reason we bought this device. They should be ashamed of themselves, manipulating parents who thought they were buying a decent product to keep their babies safe.

      Paying a $400 premium for a baby monitor with no subscription, less than a year later you have a $20 webcam & a new $10 monthly subscription fee if you want the original functionality of baby monitoring for a baby monitor. Let that sink in.

      Bait and switch tactics. I want my money that at this point was stolen from me with false promises.
