I hired a Post partum helper through this agency and they were only able to provide care for two weeks instead of four weeks because they weren't able to provide me with a stable helper. I had three different helpers in a span of two weeks and after that experience I told the agency, Young Ok Hong, that I didn't want a fourth person because it was giving me too stress and they weren't able to provide the care I needed. She said she would give half of my deposit back which was $**** so I would need to get $500 back. There wasn't a contract involved just a wire transfer to her business bank account Bank of America. She said she would mail a check to me (told my mother in law) it's been a month now and I'm not getting any reponses from her when I text or call. She is ghosting me. Apparently this has happened to many people but I would like my deposit back. This is not okay.
