*Since first week of Feb 2022, ATM card replacement requested 2 times. *$10 replacement fee charged on date replacement card ordered on Feb 7, 2022. *No card received as off 3rd week in Feb...called and ordered another replacement card, and left message for supervisor to call, but no call or card received to date. * Customers unable to obtain replacement card at branch. *Credit union unable to expedite delivery of replacement cardInitial Complaint

In November and December 2021 I notified via phone and email S*******A Credit Union and their third-party insurance verification company, Allied Solutions: "Per *******, with Allied Solutions, I have submitted my insurance information many times, even though the vehicle is inoperable. However, your office is continuing to send me insurance request documents and threatening to add an additional $**** of coverage. Allied Solutions supervisor, Rodney, has sent a ping to SAG-AFTRA FCU system requesting to purge my account from their system, to no avail. Please rectify this matter." On 2/3/22 I emailed the following to ****** ******: "In fact the information you relayed is inaccurate and I do not agree to pay anything additional ($600 or $****) to the policy that you are purporting to arbitrarily add." On ****** I emailed ****** **** ***************** **** ******** ****** ******* "Someone has fraudulently added a $634 to my loan when in fact for the period of time the vehicle has been in my possession the vehicle was covered with the required insurance. ****** ****** has refused to address my concerns. Please relay this matter to a superior immediately. If this matter is not addressed and resolved I will be compelled to relay this matter to The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I have never had a lapse in coverage since the purchase of the vehicle. Also, you cannot backdate coverage when I have never had an insurance policy with your company. I have on numerous occasions provided evidence to you of my consistent insurance coverage. What you have done is unethical and fraudulent because it is untrue. Remove the unauthorized amount added to my loan in 2/2022. Please advance this matter to your executive contacts." To date, I have not received correspondence to rectify this matter. Additionally, on 3/2/2022 I received a notice stating effective immediately my monthly loan payment has arbitrarily changed an additional $100 for the remainder of the loan.
